Horrible Customer Service
Purchased the Haakaa nipple shield, upon receiving realised it was not appropriate size so asked for refund...
Response was pretty much zero customer consideration, no questions about whether we actually took product out of packet, not even an indication that they wanted to start a productive dialogue to de-escalate the issue... Just a blanket no.
I understand that the issue is with personal hygiene from their end, but at least have the decency to start a productive conversation rather than palming off a new customer into your terms and conditions.
In conclusion, avoid this company, they are money orientated and are not interested in what you have to say.
Absolutely terrible company!
I ordered three boxes of Holle baby formula, 12 food pouches and two boxes of Holle biscuits. The Holle formula arrived spoiled despite being within ‘best before’ date. I tried to return the two unopened boxes so I emailed them. They replied three days later. This was after applying on their website for a refund couple of days after emailing them. I was told they do not refund money for formula and product will need to be returned 10 days after an order has been placed. At this stage, it has already been 7 days and we live in North Queensland, ...which means the products would not be received by then within that timeframe even if I posted them immediately. I am absolutely disguised how this company operates. They issued a refund for the expired product they shipped, however, did not even apologise for sending an expired product. A replacement product would have been appreciated as I paid over $22 for shipping. I tried to leave a review on their website and it comes up as hidden from their website. What an absolute atrocious way to handle negative feedback.

There's no option to talk to a customer representative.
The way of communicating to customer isn't proper. My ordered item was sent back to sender. The reason they say, address not proper. Well the courier service didn't bother to call the receiver to check if they're available to collect or confirm the address.
Worst customer service
I recently contacted Nursing Angel to request a price match for a product. I followed the directions on their website and received no response. I contacted them via email to follow up, to which I got a blunt response saying they won't price match because the competitor doesn't have stock. I was confused at this as I had checked prior to submitting and there was stock. I checked again through the link I sent. Yes, still stock!
I phoned them to discuss and the home was answered by a man who clearly was not interested in even discussing the matt...er. I explained the situation and again he said there was no stock. I said I had gone through to checkout online and at no point was it said in the competitor website that there is no stock. He said well there isn't! Erm?!! I explained that there clearly is and he went on in a very rude, angry tone, to go on about how they ship directly from the supplier and competitors don't have stock etc etc - all nothing to do with a price match whatsoever! He basically shouted that sometimes the prices are too low, to which I asked what the actual reason was not to price match, given that the initial response I got was that there was no stock at the competitor. He made no sense in his answer and said we just aren't going to do this price match and to go elsewhere. I kept my calm but stated to him that this was unacceptable customer service, and that they have lost my custom, and put the phone down. Do yourself a favour and don't bother with this company. The products will be fine, but if they lie on their website about a simple thing such as a price match, imagine if you had an issue with your order or product - they definitely won't be going out of their way to help you resolve, going by my experience. I would rather pay more and go somewhere else!

Poor customer service- buyer beware
I purchased the Medela Breast Pump Kit and paid for express delivery as I was hiring a breast pump. The Kit was picked up by the courier on the 17th of Feb and should have been delivered next day or the day after at the latest. The Kit did not arrive until the 24th of Feb, which is only a week however when you have a newborn who is not feeding and you need the kit urgently every day late matters. Fastway's standard response was well if not today then tomorrow, for each day that I rang to find out where it was. Nursing Angel did little to help w...ith the situation. By the Friday (21st of Feb) I cancelled the order and called Fastway to return to sender. Nursing Angel needed to call them to get the package returned as well. On the Monday the package was delivered despite my request to cancel as I had now sourced another kit. Originally I signed for the package as I was expecting a package from another company but as soon as I realised it was the cancelled kit I handed it back to the courier. I do not have the package and Nursing Angel are not bothered with helping me as they clearly have their money. Their lack of interest in helping me has left a bad taste in my mouth and I strongly encourage potential buyers to think of choosing another supplier as they are only after your money. If something goes wrong you are on your own.
Confused customer. Unhelpful customer service.
I have purchased 2 lots of double tubing in the past 2 weeks and both are wrong. Bloody marketing scam with all the different names and connections. Nursing Angel will not accept returns. So $60 down the drain and I’m still without the correct tubing. Admittedly very sleep deprived with 2 week old baby, but still, they don’t make it easy. Careful not to mix up the swing maxi with the swing maxi flex (eye roll).
I could have done with some help and advice over the phone but customer service very unhelpful and rude.

The worst company I’ve ever dealt with!
I purchased 3 boxes Holle infant formula, when I received it it was the wrong one (number 3 in place of number 1) the order said I’d ordered number 3 so I thought it was my error and emailed to ask if I could exchange. I got no reply so called and was met with a rude man who barked at me over the phone to check make a return online. I didn’t get a confirmation so again, called and was met with the same rudeness from the same man but he accepted my return and I promptly posted the 3 boxes back.
I then didn’t hear any more and didn’t get a refund...
Terrible online store
this company with funny "Fraud analysis" software. and no brain staff. they got my money (payment already been process, not on pending), but they said according to their "Fraud analysis", i am a fraud. So they won't ship me the item i had already paid for!
Very poor and aggressive customer service
When calling the store due to an issue with my online order I was spoken to very aggressively. I was so shocked, I’ve never been spoken to so rudely before, it was a simple enquiry about my order. He was aggressive and sarcastic in his manner with absolutely no need to be. I went straight to a competitor and had no issues.
just don't bother
waste of time. Save yourself the hassle. Poor attitude, false advertising by displaying a picture of items not included in sale, then expects the customer to "return unopened". How does one exactly return an unopened item when to find they have been lied to they must first access the package.....
[Name Removed] is very very rude and I believe has serious issues with the way he treats his customers, I had a faulty product within warranty he refused to refund me, made me go to a third party who helped me get a refund off him but then he made me pay a $7.00 refund fee even know the product was faulty and in warranty, he abused me over the phone, failed to return any emails and lied a number of times with what he was going to do, he made me wait 2 weeks for a refund, then abused me when I called him asking why it wasn’t processed when he told [Name Removed] at the third party company it was.

Fake medela bottles
I purchased a 6 pack of 150ml medela breast milk storage bottles from both Baby Bunting and Nursing Angel, the ones from nursing angel had brittle plastic and could be pushed in, the baby bunting ones were hard and couldnt be indented. There were also minor differences in the print placement.

I wish I had read more reviews. Ordered a project (bottle) and the teat is faulty. I have emailed twice to ask for a replacement with no reply.

Want to warn people to not order from this website. I wish i read reviews first. First stuffed a few of my orders and charged with refunds not coming through. In addition I have paid for the courier same day delivery since I urgently needed that product and it obviously wasn't delivered (looks like they don't do anything right) and wasn't refunded. Hope will help other people and they go and buy stuff from more trustworthy companies.
infant formula purchased 3rd Dec 2018, expiring 30 Jan 2019!
I have bought 20 boxes of Holle Organic Infant Formula Step 1 400g infant formula on the 3rd Dec 2018, received them on the 6th Dec 2018. Because my baby have had upset tummy since we opened this patch, I have noticed that these formula will be expired 30 Jan 2019, which is end of this month and the manufactured date of these formula were from Sep 2017. I don't know how the formula been stored but it is very obvious that Nursing angel didn't purchase the formula directly from the supplier and they have definitely been sitting there for a very l...ong time! I don't know if the formula cause my baby's unset tummy ( she is on this formula since she was 4 months old and never had any problem before). But I am very disappointed and surprised that Nursing Angel sells soon to be expired infant food without any notification to the customer!!! I have emailed the company and the reply I got is "Selling a product with 8 weeks until expiry is absolutely OK and perfectly reasonable and has no requirement for any additional advice or warnings. If you go into any Coles or Woolworths you will find hundreds of items for consumption with expiry dates of just a few days. Even now with 3 weeks until expiry, which would be conservatively applied at any rate and if they product has been properly stored since purchase the product will still be perfectly sound and safe to use." I think the company ignores the important factor between online shopping and retail shopping. Customers could read what they get from the supermarket, but for online shopping, the customers HAVE TO rely on the information that the online seller provides. It is not like I have a choice to know that these formula will be expired soon and I still made my purchase! This is the most ignorant reply I have ever seen, without even a simple apology!!!
I bought a formula dispenser from their website and I was surprised that it was delivered fast! Did not expect it to arrive soon.
Non- existent customer service
I ordered an incorrect item and returned it within 5 days. Received no notification that item was received and when I followed up was told they hadn’t seen it. No follow up, no explanation. Both rude and inefficient. Would not recommend.
Poor customer service
Received an item that was incorrect size to what I ordered. Emailed customer service, and when I received no reply I Facebook messaged as well as attempted live chat on the website with no reply. I also called the number provided on the site with no response during business hours. Finally I put in a dispute through PayPal and it was then that I got issued a refund. Unfortunately I will not be buying from Nursing Angel again.
Their courier company lost our goods and now they refuse to refund, I can’t say this enough: do not use, they are a scam.
I can only guess all the positive reviews here are fakes.
Great service and fast delivery - perfect for gift giving!
I purchased some baby items for my new nephew off Nursing Angel and can say they've got great service and fast delivery times. I've found their prices to be competitive and they do stock such a great range of baby and maternity products.
Questions & Answers
I have ordered a Medela breast pump and bottles from nursing angel, they have said it has been shipped straight from Medela but Nursing Angel do not have any tracking or confirmation it has been sent. Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue??
