I was looking around for a medela swing flex pump, and couldn’t find any for under $250. Nursing Angel had it for $188! I ordered it with express shipping and got it in about 4 days. I am very happy and would order from the sight again.
Order not sent for 10 days after purchase despite company contacting requesting a review and saying my order had arrived, had to demand a refund before response was recieved and then order was finally sent a few minutes later (interesting timing!). Competitive pricing but not sure the stress and hassle is worth it....will review once products actually arrive...

Ordered Qiara probiotics a during lockdown from them and took over 2 months so I demanded a refund. They said stock was hard to get etc which I understood but I needed them so bought elsewhere. A month ago I ordered off them again as they are slightly cheaper and because the website said “In Stock” and I am still waiting for them. Apparently shipped 2 weeks ago. Contacted them said they would “investigate” seems to be a reoccurring thing with them. I have demanded a refund and will be buying them elsewhere again. Last time I order off them

I ordered a breast pump a month ago with expressly shipping. It was “collected my courier” on the 19th or January. There was no update on the shipping so I contacted supplier to see if they had any updated info. Was told no, just what the courier page says. So I contacted the courier. Nothing from there either. Emails were rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. I understand things have been delayed with weather and covid. I just want to know that it wasn’t lost the day it was collected. I have just gone back to work and am having to hire a pump in the meantime. I still have no information despite ‘investigations’ being done and can’t afford to buy another pump. I will be going to consumer protection on Monday.

I placed an order for 'Philips Avent Single Electric Breast Pump' on 16/11/2021. The pump stopped working in couple of weeks. So, we contacted their team via email on11/12/2021.
They replied and I quote "Have you contacted Phillips directly? They deal with warranty and support directly as they do not supply us with parts to resolve the issues. If a replacement is required we no longer have any Phillips pumps in stock currently, but can assist with other units."

On assessing the results (which took 10 minutes), Philips declared that the pump is faulty, provided us with a claim reference number and told us to share this claim number with Nursing Angel for receiving a full refund as the pump is under warranty. We shared the same with Nursing Angel team on 13/12/2021. They instructed us to return the pump back (free shipping) to them. And it was received back by them on 20/12/2021. After that, complete silence. We understand they would have been away for Christmas break. So, we called them on 5th Jan to check the status, and we were told that they need to first contact Philips, get a refund from them and then only we will be able to get a refund. So basically, our money is now blocked. We asked how much time will it take and their reply was shocking "We do not know. You have to wait." Their team finally tested the pump for two minutes and declared that it is not faulty. And they shared the video as well. To our surprise their video clearly show the issue with pump which they completely overlooked because they are not an expert in pump testing. I'm amazed why they don't trust their customers. Zero marks on customer service and returns policy. Please do yourself a favor and buy directly from the manufacturer, or Amazon or a reputed store like Baby Bunting/Baby Kingdom. Nursing Angel's prices are not cheap as well. Same pump is available at Amazon for the same price and with an excellent return policy.- 6 reviews

Terrible faulty breast pump and refused refund of $275 - lodged complaint with fair trading to get money back
This is the worse company to deal with. I received a faulty breast pump which wasn’t cheap $275. After 3 times of use the diaphragms keep getting sucked in and stop the machine working. It does in this over and over making the machine unusable and not functionally and completely faulty. When I emailed them they were rude and completely ignored my return request stating I need new diaphragms which is 100% false as I only used it 3 times in total and there was no signs of wear on them at all. It has been super stressful being anew mum with newborn with a pump that doesn’t even work and dealing with this terrible company. I have now gone down the road of fair trading Queensland to request a refund has they flat out refuses to accept or acknowledge the warranty I am entitled too under ACCC laws. Very fraudulent company, do not trust has you will need to lodge a formal complaint with fair trading to even get your money back.- 16 reviews

I wish I had of read all the negative reviews & the responses for this company before purchasing, this is the biggest regret. The tone spoken towards customers is not acceptable, it is extremely condescending and not a professional outlook. The number of responses I've seen towards other reviews are very rude, if you're going to reply to reviews, at least do so in a professional & courteous manner. When dealing with customers, regardless of how customers speak to you or what they have done, it is always best practice to speak to them with respect, and a sense of professionalism. The manner spoken is no better through private emails, so the responses via email and to reviews are an accurate representation of the arrogance you will receive from them. You're best shopping from an E-Tailer with a little bit more respect towards customers. Pay a little more in premium and receive better customer support - I thought I would support a smaller retailer, but it looks like I was wrong this time around. Bought a few items that were one of their distributors. Fair enough in covid times things go wrong but the communication from this group was shocking. Express post paid but not sent as express. Wrong tracking details provided. Not all items in stock and no notification until after the false tracking info sent. Like I said fair enough if things go wrong but it took countless emails, including to other distributor to sort out. They don’t communicate or try to improve any of these issues. Frustrating and not really happy how much repeated follow up was required from me. I shop a lot online and this is one of the worst experiences. Will go straight to distributor in future

Website itself is fine but the customer support and their returns policy is not realistic. Given we are currently in the middle of a pandemic there was no leniency with unprecedented delays with delays in returns from Australia Post that was out of my control.

I have been ordering from Nursing Angel previously and had no issue. However my recent experience had been disappointing - usually I would receive an email saying items being dispatched shortly after confirmation of order. But this time it’s been over two weeks and I still haven’t received anything after confirmation of order and payment. Read moreue all over again. The person did attend to it immediately in the end but his manner was not great - and he sounded rushed and just wanted to hang up instead of friendly and approachable. I was in a lot of pain awaiting for the postpartum belt to arrive, in the end I only received the item close to a months time. Very disappointing. I would not have bought it from here if I knew it took that long that arrive in the end, and I had to initiate all the follow up etc. so troublesome. Purchased the Haakaa nipple shield, upon receiving realised it was not appropriate size so asked for refund...
Response was pretty much zero customer consideration, no questions about whether we actually took product out of packet, not even an indication that they wanted to start a productive dialogue to de-escalate the issue... Just a blanket no.
I understand that the issue is with personal hygiene from their end, but at least have the decency to start a productive conversation rather than palming off a new customer into your terms and conditions.
In conclusion, avoid this company, they are money orientated and are not interested in what you have to say.
I ordered three boxes of Holle baby formula, 12 food pouches and two boxes of Holle biscuits. The Holle formula arrived spoiled despite being within ‘best before’ date. The way of communicating to customer isn't proper. My ordered item was sent back to sender. The reason they say, address not proper. Well the courier service didn't bother to call the receiver to check if they're available to collect or confirm the address.
I recently contacted Nursing Angel to request a price match for a product. I followed the directions on their website and received no response. I contacted them via email to follow up, to which I got a blunt response saying they won't price match because the competitor doesn't have stock. I was confused at this as I had checked prior to submitting and there was stock. I checked again through the link I sent. Yes, still stock!

Read moreith the situation. By the Friday (21st of Feb) I cancelled the order and called Fastway to return to sender. Nursing Angel needed to call them to get the package returned as well. On the Monday the package was delivered despite my request to cancel as I had now sourced another kit. Originally I signed for the package as I was expecting a package from another company but as soon as I realised it was the cancelled kit I handed it back to the courier. I do not have the package and Nursing Angel are not bothered with helping me as they clearly have their money. Their lack of interest in helping me has left a bad taste in my mouth and I strongly encourage potential buyers to think of choosing another supplier as they are only after your money. I have ordered a Medela breast pump and bottles from nursing angel, they have said it has been shipped straight from Medela but Nursing Angel do not have any tracking or confirmation it has been sent. Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue??
