hi, have a good day
can i have accessorize of this blinder, the down one ?
I have watery oilybrown substance appearing under extractor blades. Very noisy and this is when blending fruit. 900 series
Is the 900 effective at crushing ice when mixed with other ingredients?
Is this product suitable to simply grind a handful of almonds as well as 2 tablespoons of sunflower seeds and 2 teaspoons of linseeds or is the large cup too large to do this effectively? This is all i need it for.
When screwing the blade section onto the jar, it doesn't quite screw all the way and because of that gap the whole thing doesn't go down far enough to slide the clear tabs so the motor is engaged.
It would seem the rubber seal is stopping it from screwing it all the way, if I take the rubber seal out it works, but then the liquid could potentially leak everywhere.
Any ideas of how to solve this?
I tried putting the rubber seal in hot water so that it is softer and blades could be tighten onto the jar but that didn't work.
That’s no good, I’ve never had that problem maybe you should return it coz that doesn’t sound right. I have taken my rubber out and cleaned it with any problems! Not sure why you experienceing this maybe Call up NutriBullet or return it. Sorry can’t help!
Hi, just wondering if it’s normal for a nutribullet to flash light from the back? Kind of light a lightening light? I was mixing a smoothie at night and it did this. I thought, strange, didn’t know there was lightening out. Realised it was the bullet! This is my third time using it
Does the seal for the 900W fit the 1000W?
every nutri bullet i have bought and i have bought 5 seems to start ejecting juice as its been blended which leaks down to motor and stuffs it this happens every time over months of use??? Any help?
This has only happened to me once and it was because I hadn't screwed the lid on properly. Otherwise this has never been an issue with mine.
Is it okay to put carrots in nutribullet? is it going to damage the blades or overload the motor?
Can I use frozen fruit and yogurt in the Nutribullet 900?
Yes you can use frozen fruit and yoghurt in the Nutribullet, we've done this with our Nutribullet (but we don't put ice in our Nutribullet). The reason for this is because ice might be crushed the first few times, but it probably puts a lot of strain on the machine. If you want to blend frozen fruit/ice etc. I'd say look for a 1200W blender.
Just purchased my first Nutribullet. Took it out the box to make a breakfast smoothie and the blades are blunt.....I mean I can press my finger against it and run it up and down the blade. To me it looks like a factory error. Is this some new blade technology I don't know about? I just want to check before I drive the 90kms back to the store I bought it from to exchange!
Will the nutra bullet pro 900 chop dates up? I note it only has the 1 blade?
Hi Im not sure where you got the 1 blade idea from. They have 2 sets of blades.
Yes, it will do dates and thats what we use every morning for our smoothies but the dates are not completely smoothed they have tiny pieces left after a 30 second blend. I like the texture though.
My only complaint which continues is the leaking cutter base, and Nutra Bullet refusal to replace it unless we jump through some hurdles as described.
Thanks ! Sorry , yes I was getting confused the 900w pro only has 1 blade so unsure whether that would suffice think it's called the extractor blade ?
My NutriBullet is only a couple months old but I notice a stale smell. Sort of like old spinach or green vege, I have only used the former on two occasions and always clean well. Today I used a small brush for quite some time but couldn't entirely get rid of this odour. Also noticed that between the blades and around the blade connection could potentially trap food. Any advice would be appreciated .
dab in vinegar wait 10 mins then wipe clean with damp cloth the vinegar will kill bateria thatcauses smell
Vinegar does work. Try to put one part vinegar, 2 parts water and blend for 10 minutes and then let it sit, and wash with warm soapy water.
Can I put a handful of dry nuts into the Nutriblast NB9-0907M model (without any liquid) and mill them using the pulse method?
I have been using my NutriBullet for a week and love it. I just noticed that there are three rubber "dames" in the base of the machine of which I have lost one. The fit into the little holes. Are these something that I need? If so, how do I replace the one that is missing? I didn't see these until a few days ago.
I don't think the 3 rubber pieces have any function. I would not worry about the missing piece. If you want to be sure then why not contact Nutribullet directly .
I have this exact same problem and it won't work with the missing one. I'm not sure if they're required or not. Did you find out? I'm going to email nutri bullet directly asap.
Can you put ice cubes into the nutria bullet 900? I am presuming that it would not be a problem.
Where is the best place to buy the nutribullet 900 in Australia and is there a power supply conversion problem? I see lots of problems with the 600 and hope the more powerful 900 will manage celery, carrot and beetroot. Can anyone with a 900 recommend it for hard vegies?
I bought a 900 series and it wont cut apples unless there in small pieces or pineapple, beware cutting hard vegetables
I have previously reviewed the Nutribullet see "Nutribullet - Price Rip Off" posted 18-3-14.
I really think they are a very overated product and very overpriced. I don't think that upgrading to a 900 watt will help.
A 900 watt motor will not compensate for the products other faults/weaknesses.
My thoughts, you should look at buying a quality blender. I suggest you google Froothie Optimum Blenders or Omniblend Australia Blenders. Check out the reviews on this site, last time I looked they were mostly positive.
Hope this helps.
I ended up ordering a 900w one yesterday from the legitimate seller. They don't advertise it. Apparently it will be introduced soon officially but now they only have limited stock. And they have a two for one deal at the moment as well. Ask for it.
DON'T buy from Ebay or other non-official sites. There are a lot of fakes and some of the ones for sale on Ebay are made for the US or China market- and just have the plugs changed for Australia. As we have a different electrical system, and the motors are not designed for the Australian system, they burn out really quickly.
It is a shame that the legitimate NB is only for sale the way it is. No on-line sales and calling a number and waiting for someone to call you back makes it inconvenient and seem a bit dodgy. No wonder people buy from Ebay. (and not to mention it is really expensive)
