Purchased a unicar scan UCSI-2000 they stated would fit my BMW. It didn't fit and they fobed me off. I sent emails and pictures describing the issue but they didnt respond and ceased comunication.
Hence why the don't have a phone #.

Very poor customer service.
I run a motorcycle shop and was looking for a diagnostic computer/scan tool.
OBD2 Australia was one of three I was looking into.
As I would be spending a significant amount of money, I requested a demonstration or a visit from a rep.
They are online only. No phone number, no sales or regional reps, no samples or demo units, and no phone support.
They requested I send my questions to the 'support@' email.
This is did, my email was not rude, but it was straightforward and unambiguous.
The only reply I received was to my initial email.
I sent 3 subsequent emails, one of which was my list of questions. I have received no replies. None.
I bought the tyre pressure sensors and am so disappointed.
I’ve spent 3 month traveling through the middle of Australia and over to the west . This time of year you get weeks of good sun all day . But apparently that’s not good enough to keep the battery charged .
Very disappointed, would never recommend this product to anyone .
Pathetic customer service
Bought an OBD2 to KTM cable with tracked post but item never arrived and was "return to sender". Customer service couldnt be bothered to check with Auspost the reason why it was returned and just said call Auspost.. they then stated if I wanted it resent I have to pay $12 extra. LOL. I asked to cancel my order and they then said I would pay the $12 and an additional 10% cancel fee. Without me even confirming, this was actioned as a refund... Now going through paypal to claim my full refund as these people wont man up and acknowledge their mistake. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Look elsewhere even eBay/Amazon is better

Bad Customer Service
I purchased a Caravan Trailer Solar Tyre Pressure Monitoring System early June 2021. In mid June I submitted an online enquiry regarding how to turn the monitoring off on 2 tyres so that I could only monitor 4 tyres not 6. In my submission, I mentioned that I had followed their online video on how to fix this issue, but it didn't work. I received a reply the same day asking had I watched a video which they sent the link to. Which was the same video I had watched already. I replied that it was the same video, could they give further assistance. ...I have replied twice to this email asking for assistance as well as submitted another online enquiry, all with no reply. I have also had a review request sent by them, which I gave them a bad review and still no reply. I haven't tested the product as yet in travelling, but if this is any indication of their support, it is not a unit worth buying. Stay clear of items that are not supported.

Boost (psi ) reading wrong
Bhought this to check my boost level in my bmw 135i , the boost reading does not go past 2.9 psi ( this can’t be right as running much more boost probs round 18 psi , contacted obd2 never heard back form them

One sensor wouldn’t pair , tried many times. Emails won’t send off their website and live chat drops out and won’t reconnect
One phone call would solve the problem but they don’t have a phone number

Odb scan gauge
Not really satisfied not disappointed so 3 star. Odb sent me a defective product replaced. Waited 2 weeks before I could use it. They should do better check quality with what they send. Others. here dont seem to have same fate but I did send video when asked to so maybe why. Had fun. Reading comments here just shows how desperate some can be just to return stuff they used. Sad to see how retail selling abused this days.

Bad customer service - faulty product!
I checked with OBD2 Australia to ensure the module would work with my exact vehicle prior to purchase. Upon fitting, I initially assumed I having connection problems.
We did initially talk by phone to work through the problem, before I was told my 2 year old laptop was out of date. Sometime (10 months) went by before I could afford to purchased another laptop and found the module would still not connect. The problem now clearly not with my laptops.
I contacted them again with proof of purchase to address the problem and was told it has been...too long to do anything about it now. They no longer have phone contact details and only address customers by email. That in itself speaks volumes. Buyer beware. I do not recommend this seller! Consider purchasing from a more reputable supplier - that is contactable by phone!

Purchased OBD2 Bluetooth scanner, used twice for less than 5 minutes and second time it killed the battery. Was using it to familiarise its operation only. Website now states it does not suit my vehicle but did not state this when purchased. Emailed 4 times regarding this issue but no reply whatsoever. Will never buy or recommend them. Be Warned !!

Item has not arrived - OBD2 fails to correspond
ordered a scan tool through PayPal directly off your website last week, also allowing for quicker postage (3days) through express post however, nothing has arrived? ($488.90) .
have tried to send emails to OBD2 directly with no response and the live chat button has since disappeared from the phone that purchased the item. Tracking details have not been provided as promised on purchase either!
Is this a scam, cause I’m not feeling too impressed with OBD2 service at present! - considering taking this further if I don’t get a response
Worst Customer Service
If you are lucky enough to receive a product that works or connects to your vehicle you have done well. God forbid you have a problem and require assistance or a refund, as you will have better customer service from the ATO! You will end up wasting your time recording videos and screen shots proving a fault, then more shipping expenses sending the item back, only to be told 2 weeks later the item works flawless on a completely different model vehicle they test it on. This was their reply below when stating the facts in an email with all the ...evidence the product did not connect but another did. "Once testing has been concluded, we will decide whether it will be refunded in full or not. IF YOU WANT YOUR REFUND YOU WILL HAVE TO BE PATIENT." There is a reason they have no phone line, no google reviews but instead the worst customer service with attitude I have ever experienced. Good luck if you decide to make a purchase from this unprofessional business.

OBD2 TPMS Issues - Rude customer support
Purchased two units one for caravan and one for the car monitoring, I thought i would go Australian ones rather than the cheap ebay ones so paid $136 for two , one unit works fine and to be honest is great but had issues with one of the sensors on the other unit, done trouble shooting from youtube videos I was sent after contacting them on messenger, done this then they asked me to change out with other unit as I had the two, still no luck, asked to change batteries, still no luck, nothing seemed to get the second unit working on 1 of the senso...rs asked about getting it changed and they wanted me to redo everything again and film it, when I said I don't have the time to redo it all again and if this was the case why not ask me to film it in the first place I was advised by the the customer service agent I had a "Karen attitude" and blocked from further correspondence

I purchased a V319 scanner a while ago to suit a 2014 Fiat Ducato 2.3 litre. Every time I run a scan (ignition on, engine not running) I get a report "Code not stored in manual". I'm confused - does this mean I have no engine issues, or does the scanner not recognise my vehicle and needs codes stored in the scanner? Help!
