Very smooth transition

I was on Telstra Velocity, and today is the first day of transition to Opticomm and Occom. I used the online chat with RohiT.T who helped me walk through connecting my Netcomm modem with Telstra’s NTD (which was already set up in my garage), and the internet was connected, all under 20 mins. Best customer service

I am happy to be with Occom. They have very excellent service from the first day since I have ordered new model and activation. I have had problem in activation so I called customer support and an assistant named BHAWANA guided me through right way. She is very keen to provide customer service and I am looking forward to use internet and hoping that it will be not the same like other companies where first few months great and than low network or loss network issues in pick hours. Show details

I feel I am reading staged reviews

I have had the worst experience I signed up with OCCOM back in the middle of December and am yet to be able to connect to the internet. I have over the last few weeks spent hours on line with no resolution. All support staff are on internet phones with poor connection and located outside Australia. I have requested to speak with a manager but yet no one will put me through or will contact me. I have also requested to terminate my contract and for a full refund and have been told this is not possible. I also signed a contract for a specific price and now this has been increased by $15 a month and I do not even have internet. I am beyond frustrated. Show details

Guri's Customer Service

I just connected my internet service with Occom.
I needed help with the hardware setup and the WiFi configuration setup.

I was helped by Guri. He very patiently talked me through all of the wiring (which wires to plug where - router, Opticomm fibre box, etc.), as well as the configuration setup.

Guri spent over an hour patiently explaining each step.

Technical issue resolved with Occom support

I had issues with watching live streaming TV, stopping every 3 seconds. With this issue I contacted occom via chat to check if it is internet problem. One of the occom staff patiently assisted me to check my router, speed, main nbn box etc as I had no idea what to do with these internet stuff. It wasn’t simple issue so Occom raised this issue to Opticomm to fix. Occom sent me a text message to update the progressing. The issue has been resolved as I have no problem with watching live streaming TV. Occom sent me another text message to make sure the issue has been resolved. Davinder has helped me to check the result of the technical issue and answered all my queries regarding my current internet subscription. Thank you! Show details
