What a Mistake buying this oven!
I wanted an under bench oven that was 750mm wide, so chose the Omego 00757X as it looked good and there really wasn't a lot of choice at the time! The biggest irritation with this oven is that the glass control panel is very dark and unless there is a light shinning directly onto this panel (which is highly unlikely as it sits under the bench), you CANNOT read the temperatures or the functions, unless you shine a torch directly onto this panel. So, now I have to keep a small torch next to the oven so that I can read the dials! The finger sensit...
Read moreive computer settings are not sensitive enough and takes way too long to sense your touch, and then to try programming...Well, that's another story! I have never had a problem programming an oven, but this one is a nightmare! When we contacted Omego, got a repeat set of instructions that came with the oven, and later on a gift set of apron and oven mitt! Nice thought, but it's going to take a lot more than that to make me enjoy cooking in this oven...like "take it away, and bring me an oven with a control panel that I can read!" I use fan forced all the time but really it depends on what the recipe calls for.
