How long should the mattress be left to decompress?
It decompresses in a few hours but not completely. However you can still use the mattress on the first night of opening, which is what I did. It should decompress to its natural state after 24 hours
Where can I go to try one before I make a decision to buy one
Hi Glenn, all of our mattresses are sold exclusively online. We don't have a place/physical store where you can try the mattress. However, you can try it in the comfort of your own home under our risk-free 125 night trial period. If you aren't satisfied with the mattress after trying it for at least 30 nights, we will arrange collection and issue you a full refund. So you have nothing to lose :)
