The mattress is very firm and uncomfortable it did get a bit softer after a while but I bought a mattress topper from Kmart which made it a lot better
Purchased in May 2021.
mattress a little on the thin side
Mattress concept is a good one but unfortunately I think this is a little too much on the thin side and does not achieve its purpose in providing excellent comfort.
Purchased in April 2021 for $700.00.
Not as described
Comfortable, not supportive, you sink in the mattress. Doesn't compare to the koala mattress we assumed it was on par. It moulds to your body and you sink in it leaving us with sore backs. We're not really happy with the purchase after our last koala mattress no comparison.

Comfort with low cost
We brought the king , upsized from a queen bed. I have been having trouble getting comfy but the husband sleeps ok. We are still under the 125 day trail so will continue to see how we like it. So far I’m not loving it
Purchased in January 2021 for $899.00.
Gave the mattress a try but did it enjoy it.
It’s very hard even if you swap the top layer over.
The topper slides and moves meaning you can’t sleep to the edges and the edges become soft where you get in and out of the bed.
The mattress is very high.
Would not recommend but better then some.
They also do honour there returns policy in the favour.
Pretty good, but it’s abit firm
I like the bed, but it feels abit on the firm side and would like some sort of option to fix this instead of getting a refund. Any help with this will be appreciated

At first I loved it. I was waking up pain free. However, now, I wake with a sore back after a couple of hours and struggle for the rest of the night. I can’t move when I get up in the mornings and my back is sore for hours. I end up sleeping in a valley that gets deeper as the night goes on.

Versatile, easy set up and comfortable
Got the queen size bed, still in the trial period but it’s not too bad. I do have back problems when I wake up here n there , some nights the bed helps some nights it doesn’t, love how we can change the firmness setting, still playing around with it

Great mattress while it lasts
Bought this bed and was VERY happy with it for about a year. Seriously very comfy. I loved it.... HOWEVER...
After a year, where my wife and I would rotate it monthly, it began to sag on one side of the bed. It got quite bad and I put it to my weight. I'm both a tall and big boy. Taking advantage of the 10 year warranty, I was told to provide a picture of a ruler in the sag to show a dip of more than 2CM, as well as a plank of wood to demonstrate it not being even, however being foam, it would only sag when I was lying on it so was unable to d...o so. This led to massive back pain and I ended up writing off my loss on this mattress and went out and bought a Sleepmaker from Bedshed. I reckon if you're a smaller or fit person, this is an awesome mattress that'll last you a long time. If you're like me, overweight, this bed, or any foam mattress for that matter, is not suitable for you.

Delivery is super quick
Mattress arrives in “firm” mode. Can be changed to a medium by flipping the latex. Still undecided about the comfort level. I’m considering the mattress topper or returning it. Side sleeper
Purchased in October 2020 for $799.00.
Extremely firm - causes pain and stiffness when laying on side or front.
The matress is extremely firm even once the layers have been altered for a more "plush" surface.
My partners movements can be easily felt during the night.
There is little surface support for your body. I feel as though I will just roll off the top of the matress or I am just teetering on top.
Purchased in November 2019 for $1,000.00.
My partner and I sized up from a Queen (ecosa mattress) to a King. To save some money, we took advantage of a Boxing Day sale Onebed were having, and got a King mattress for $750 - Bargain! After 2 months of sleeping on Onebed, I notice the mattress has lost its support, and was starting to sag. My partner and I both were getting lower back pain. I feel the material isn’t supportive enough for heavy bodies (I’m 115kg, my partner is 95kg) and it sags. I’m sure the mattress would be fine for smaller frames, but if you’re on the heavier side, it’s not the best. We returned the Onebed and have gone back to ecosa.

Good, Takes time to get used to it
Firmer than my usual mattress
Takes some time to get used to, my wife hated it for the first month or so, she is definitely liking it more now.
I have spondy lower back, was in pain for the majority of the time on the mattress, seems to have slowed down a bit.

Nothing special and annoying returns process
Received the mattress very quickly, very intense fumes for a few days after opening however. Found it to be very firm, despite changing to all variants. Found it to be very cheap quality. Decided to return. Salvos came to pickup and refused first attempt because it had some minor dust on it. Had to wash it and attempt a second pickup. They took it the second time after I basically sterilised the thing. Customer service were firm that if there's any marks on it etc, it wouldn't be able to be refunded. They ensure you hold it for a certain period...before return too so be very very careful to keep it in immaculate condition or you might be stuck with it. I've noticed on the website, the sale seems to be on-going with certain dates to perhaps cause you to rush your decision, thinking you're getting a good deal? My review never appeared on their site either so I hope they aren't filtering feedback

Not for heavy set stomach sleepers
The bed is comfortable enough but it should be stated that it isn't for stomache sleepers of the heavier variety. Fair enough it's a smaller data set. But my mid section sinks into the mattress more than my lower and upper section resulting in a slight arch in my back, which is normal for stomach sleepers but the degree that this occurs I have never experienced in another mattress. I have to sleep with another pillow under my stomach to alleviate the pain. Besides this, the mattress is great. If you aren't a stomach sleeper, you'll be hard pressed to find a better mattress. But stomach sleepers, be warned

Questions & Answers
Has anyone else found it takes ages to decompress properly?
We put our new base together on the saturday morning and let the matress decompress until Monday evening when we put sheets on the matress and used for the first time. Probably 48 hours to fill out to it's full dimensions. It may have been done earlier but we were out and did not notice exactly how long it took.
I’m after a soft cloud like mattress as I prefer a plush level of firmness... can I somehow alter my mattress to suit my level of firmness
