Hi Frank, our SIM card service is independent of your current contracted carrier and works with unlocked phones. Our service does not work while in the open sea and therefore will only connect to a land-based cell tower when at port or very close to shore. You may compare your Plusnet rates with what we offer for the countries (ports) that you are planning to visit:

How long does it take to deliver aSim for Europe to me in Australia?
OneSimCard has a distribution warehouse in Australia and uses Australia Post Express for deliveries. On average, it takes 1-3 business days to receive your order in Australia.
I found this card very useful in France.
Can I use it in Bali?
I will travel to USA, with this SIM card can I use my current Australia mobile number ? Or I will have a new number going with this SIM card?
OneSimCard comes with an Estonia Mobile number. In addition we offer to AU residents a secondary number in AU free for 30 days. After the first 30 days the number can be extended if needed for a small fee. Receiving calls on Estonia Mobile number while in the USA in in over 130 countries is free. Receiving calls on the AU number is $0.20 c/min. You can forward your AU carrier mobile or land-line calls to OneSimCard AU Number ( PEN - Personal Extra Number) and thus keep receiving calls made to your AU carrier number wherever you travel with OneSImCard SIM. If you require, you can also separately order a US PEN or other country PENs which is totally optional and can be used for the convenience of callers to your OneSimCard phone. You can learn more about this at http://www.onesimcard.com.au/faq/?text=phone+numbers+are+included and here: http://www.onesimcard.com.au/faq/?text=keep+receiving.
Does this SIM card have personal hotspot so that I can connect my Laptop to my iPhone.
We are going for 2 months to Switzerland, Austria & Italy
Is the call charges the same for calling to landline & mobiles in Australia?
And the same question for country to country in Europe?
How long money in the account be active?
How much money can I deposit initially?
Hello, thank you for your question!
Outgoing call fee is the same for calling to a landline and cell phones, whether to Australian or European numbers. Recharge amounts are in $25 increments. OneSimCard SIM balance is valid for 10 months after the last recharge and will roll over to the next 10 month period with each recharge. When the balance expire, the SIM will stay active and could be used again by adding money to the SIM balance.
Am going to Africa - Kenya, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Botswana, South Africa. Am I right in thinking that this sim doesn't work in all of those countries? Also, I notice the price is $15 - how many GB do I get for this?
