Owner Online Appliance Spares was rude said he doesn't give a damn regarding issue with Express Post
I bought a part and by mistake l didn't select Express Post my bad, because l needed the part in a hurry I purchased the same part again and selected Express Post this was a Wednesday so I expected it the next day, this was not the case it's Tuesday of the following week and l am still waiting on the part mind you it is the Easter weekend and because of public holidays l wasn't expecting it to come until Tuesday all going well with Australia Post. So I rang and asked that the manager call me so we could work something out maybe a refund of the ...difference between standard postage and Express Post which is only a measly couple of bucks. Well the manager who turned out to also be the owner called me today only to say he doesn't give a damn those were his exact words. I served him a good ear full of what he deserved and hung up on him. Crap customer relations from this company l do not recommend them do your self a favour steer clear of them many more spare part companies around that actually appreciate your business not this bunch of jokers.
