Great Customer Service
I haven't been back for an eye test because had to cancel due to covid as everything was shut down but finally yesterday I was able to walk through Opsm Berwick shop doors and have my eye test and order new glasses. I chose my new frames out of a few I had put aside and at no time was any of the staff swaying me any other way in fact I was not going to order them with not being able to afford them right now but after finding out I could use Afterpay this was a relief and was able to go ahead with the order. This was at my suggestion asking if...they had a payment system not the staff as they were happy enough for me to order them in another month. The staff were friendly and made me feel welcome the whole time. Shop lovely and clean and very welcoming. Can't wait to pick up my new Pink Glasses!

Wonderful, knowledgeable staff at every point. Never tried to up sell me, in fact they said I didn’t really an option that I was considering so thanks for the honesty. Great with my 11 year old, had a broken leg at the time so brought a chair over for her and even adjusted the height to suit. Explained everything and answered all my questions. Gave me different cost options and what worked better with my private health. Over and above.
Just great service
In the midst of a Pandemic and far from home, one of our glasses lost a screw. OPSM were excellent in repairing it. So impressed I made an appointment to get new ones for myself. Excellent service all around.
This was my first visit to Opsm at Chermside.Within an hour I had chosen my new frames and had a eye test.
Picked up my new frames last Thursday. The script was spot on the first time .I couldn't believe it as I often need a retest every time I get new glasses .
I will be back and highly recommend Opsm.So much to choose from and the staff were great.Great experience.
Awesome customer experience
I attended the Barkly Square (Brunswick) OPSM store today, and saw Jeremy Chan as my Optometrist. Highly recommend this Optometrist; he's extremely thorough and knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Store manager was also excellent, with so many helpful recommendations. Came away from the store experience feeling completely satisfied with my purchase, and really impressed by the level of customer service. Great work Jeremy and team! Mike G

In Hobart yesterday I was hoping to get my glasses repaired. I'm a pensioner and had broken the little notepad on two pairs. Walked into Specsavers and asked a young girl with zero manners and even less personality or customer service for help. She looked at the glasses for a millisecond and said no, can't do it and I don't have that size notepad. I said I have both notepads in my bag , She said "sorry, can't help".I walked on further and saw the OPSM store & thought It's worth a second opinion.. The manager herself, this lovely lady named Pam ...served me. I showed her the glasses and she said "I will try, not sure about the second pair, give me ten minutes".I went and had lunch, came back and she said "I have fixed them both, new notepads on both". I asked how much and was told, no charge. How amazing, and Specsavers, you will never get another dollar from me. Your staff are lazy, rude, ignorant and very bad at customer service. Everyone I speak to, I will remember to mention this as a great example of how to do something well & how to do it so badly..The funniest thing of all is that my broken glasses were from Specsavers!!!
Excellent Service, Top Quality Frames and Lenses
Recently had my 2 yearly eye test and upgrade for new glasses at OPSM North Lakes, Queensland. Dr. Phil Tan gave me my eye test and he was simply awesome. Brian assisted me with my choice of Oakley Square Back titanium frames. These guys made the whole process of choosing my progressive lenses and frames so easy.
Dr. Phil conducted my eye test and was very professional. Thank you so much. Brian in the store was also very professional and stated my glasses would be ready with my new prescription progressive lenses in two weeks. Was so surprise...d to get them in just 6 days. and the quality is fantastic. I wear glasses all the time and these Oakley glasses and top level lenses are simply fantastic. Great service from the guys up at OPSM North Lakes. These guys were so busy on the day and Dr. Phil and Brian still made me feel welcome and the experience was so easy. I highly recommend OPSM North lakes in Queensland. Awesome!

The girls at the sunnybank plaza store are so friendly and professional, I felt very comfortable.

I love going to opsm. The stores are bright and beautiful with lots of quality stock. The staff are Friendly, knowledgeable, and giving with high quality service. I also find the turn around on my orders faster. Plus the optometrist went over and above to give me extra info -can’t recommend them highly enough!
Little ones first eye test
I had the pleasure of taking both my children aged 6 and 4 to OPSM Liverpool. We had the pleasure of meeting with Shahib Samadi for an eye test. He was highly professional and comprehensive with his testing. He interacted beautifully with both my children making them feel very safe and comfortable during the examining. Highly recommend and will defiantly be going back for future testing.
Excellent Service, Speciality Optometrist
Having only just received a new pair of prescription glasses ( from an independent optometrist) I was experiencing ongoing balance and focus issues. I have a known vestibular problem which my usual Optometrist new about. The Neurological Physio I was seeing recommended the Optometrist at Kawana OPSM who was a Behavioural Optometrist ( post grad. Qualifications in ? Neuro Optometry. My eye exam was the most comprehensive I had ever had and included testing I have never had before. Result was he was able to put into my prescription elements that make things so much easier. He was able to describe the symptoms I was experiencing which validated my frustration.
Amazing digital multifocals
I'm loving my 1st pair of (digital) multifocals - so easy to adjust to. My vision is crystal clear. No need to change glasses for driving and reading. Thanks to OPSM.

Great product and staff
Staff are always friendly and have best interest at heart. Their style range is large and good quality unlike other optical stores. Stores are always bright and clean. Their optometrists really know their stuff.

Personalised customer service with Outstanding aftercare
I have been visiting OPSM at 233 Collins Street, VIC for a few years now. I have a difficult script and can not speak highly enough of this store for their end to end service. Having worn glasses for over 50 years I can vouch that the eye test is thorough. The staff listen to what style you are after and guide you to good choices to suit your script and lifestyle. I have returned to the store for frame adjustments after purchase and the manager and his staff are always more than happy to help to resolve any hiccups. I don't like having to choose new glasses due to my script which makes choices limited, however, at OPSM 233 Collins Street it is always a pleasure. Thank you.
Impressed with the Services at Top Ryde Shopping Centre NSW
I changed Health Fund and OPSM has an arrangement with the "New" Health Fund for 20% discount. Prior to this, I was always under the impression that OPSM frame and lens are usually more expensive than "others". I was impressed with the efficient Services provided by Sherry S from Top Ryde. She patiently sourced the "last" pair of Italian made titanium frame which I found on-line in the OPSM website, and had it delivered to Top Ryde Store. The cost of the frame was extremely reasonable, with progressive lens, the total cost was within $210 gap f...ee. The spectacles was ready within a week and it fits "right" for my sight corrections. If one needs to compare the cost from my previous long-term Optical Company, which also has 20% discount arrangement with my previous health fund; with similar lens and frame, there was very little difference in the Gap Payment on my part. Certainly will be a return customer to OPSM Top Ryde. 10/10 customer Services and cost. Very Happy "Jan"!

Id like to say a special thanks to the team at OPSM Macquarie St in Sydney, most especially Rose and her exceptional customer service. She is always so helpful and provides a truly objective view - recommending frames I would not normally consider - I end up feeling fabulous with the new look! Thanks Rose, you are an absolute gem! I have followed Rose to the Macquarie St store - it has such a great vibe and gives you the time to look around at all the options. Although I have had to move to extended desk lenses, Rose makes the transition so easy! Thank you!!

Hi I have just done my eye test in store and ordered my glasses on Tuesday on the receipt it says glasses expected to be in 18th to the 20th of March that is a very long wait just wanting to know is there a possibility of them coming sooner or will they be ready for collection between the dates on the receipt as I'm really needing my glasses
Yes it will be between that time frame, usually 7-10 business days or can take longer if script is more tricky.

Can you tell me why my history of purchases at opsm stores is not available to all stores? With COVID it is not as easy to visit previous stores. I was told yesterday that it could not be looked up.
