Chadstone store -Shop assistant assisting with adjusting glasses
I went to Chadstone store on 19/11/21 and the shop assistant was extremely professional and fixed my glasses perfectly. Thank-you-so-much.
Honestly one of the best stores I’ve been to.
I’m a first time glasses wearer my lens and frames with all the additional cost were $600! and my sisters were only $200, we weren’t ready to pay $800 for glasses because it’s literally a month away from XMAS, the employees used their friends and family discount and using HCF we got it down to $500 for both pairs, absolutely amazing people. Thank you plumpton!
Great Customer Service & Eye Wear
Helen greeted us on arrival & took us through the many different eye glasses & costs. Our Optometrist was Georgia who explained every step of the test. Both were professional, courteous & friendly. Highly recommend OPSM Parramatta.

I had the misfortune of damaging my glasses last Sunday morning, fortunately, when I called OPSM Chadstone, I was very lucky to have Kay taking my call. Although we were in COVID lockdown, Kay was experienced enough to understand that my glasses are essential to my daily life. I explained the type of frames I liked and she was good enough to arrange an essential appointment with the optometrist.
By the time I got to the store for my appointment that afternoon, Kay had 5 or 6 pairs of glasses Ready for me to compare. Within 45 minutes, I was tested, chose frames and on my way.

Great store at Mango Hill (Northlakes)! i got my new glasses from them. my first pair i got from their toowoomba store were terrible, this new pair, perfect. they were quick, and efficient, and treated me very well, helped me adjust my glasses to my face, and made sure i was seeing OK before leaving the store. happy customer.
Great product and service
I recently visited OPSM Rundle Mall and purchased a new Oliver Peoples frame with multi focal lenses. The new frame and lenses recommended by Mark are the best I’ve ever worn and I’m am so impressed with the knowledge and service. I would highly recommend visiting this store to anyone. Couldn’t be happier!!

I haven't been back for an eye test because had to cancel due to covid as everything was shut down but finally yesterday I was able to walk through Opsm Berwick shop doors and have my eye test and order new glasses. I chose my new frames out of a few I had put aside and at no time was any of the staff swaying me any other way in fact I was not going to order them with not being able to afford them right now but after finding out I could use Afterpay this was a relief and was able to go ahead with the order. This was at my suggestion asking if...they had a payment system not the staff as they were happy enough for me to order them in another month. The staff were friendly and made me feel welcome the whole time. Shop lovely and clean and very welcoming. Can't wait to pick up my new Pink Glasses!

My first time in 30 years of wearing glasses I had to buy plastic lenses since they no longer make glass.
The new plastic lenses have lasted me Just over 1year and they need replacing.
I have never had a set of lenses last less than 3years before.
For people who don't work in an office environment, I would not recommend plastic lenses. There are still some places that sell glass. It's cheaper in the long term.
Not very happy...
Got 2 pairs of glasses from the South Morang, Vic store and got talked into their new ‘digital’ Varilux lenses which are very expensive and supposed to be the best of the best. Turns out they aren’t - not for me anyway. A very small in-focus area in the middle of the lens with the rest being just slightly out-of-focus. This is not too bad when stationary but makes for a very disorienting and annoying experience when walking around. The staff were good and tried to fix the problem but to no avail. These lenses are marketed as being the ultimate ...in lens technology but they definitely aren’t in my opinion. If I had my time again I would have stuck with the old style lenses I’ve always had and which have been perfectly fine. Beware when buying these lenses!
Wonderful, knowledgeable staff at every point. Never tried to up sell me, in fact they said I didn’t really an option that I was considering so thanks for the honesty. Great with my 11 year old, had a broken leg at the time so brought a chair over for her and even adjusted the height to suit. Explained everything and answered all my questions. Gave me different cost options and what worked better with my private health. Over and above.

I recently picked up my glasses and when I returned home noticed that there was an extra set of lenses in the bag. I am a little confused as to why this may be, I believe they are Blueguard lenses but I was under the impression that the Blueguard was on the lenses in my glasses... Some clarification on this would be greatly appreciated.
Why should I pay more when I bought a par of RayBan frames and was not told that they would be engaged with the RayBan on them in the right hand corner now for me to get it fix up I have to pay $260 extra on top of what I have or ready paid I don’t think it’s right I have paid a lot of money or ready and I will never shop at opsm again I am very disappointed this is my first and last time with Tuggeranong ACT eye tested on the 21/4/21 got them in the post on the 14/5/21 I have eyewear Protection Plan and still have to pay $260 why
Yes Margaret you are right. They should have explain about whole thing specially about the price. I have a bad experience with them, too.
