Amazed at the results
My oven has never looked this good. As I am unable to reach that deeply into my oven to give it a thorough clean it is so nice to know that this crew can do such a professional job within a short time. My oven is a large 90cm freestanding oven and it literally is gleaming as is the range hood. No chemical smell and ready to use safely. Highly recommended.
End of lease cleaning
Slight hiccups on timings but otherwise it all worked out in the end. Celine was great to deal with in customer services and she helped sort everything out - thanks Celine! Lauren
Would put negative stars if possible
Broke our oven, nightmare of a time getting it paid for. Had to pay to get carpets recleaned, and they stained it. Did not bond clean, cleaned ourselves in the end. No pest spray to speak of, but paid for it. Very very rude, terrible customer service, make out like your at fault.
Didn’t get my bond back
My letting agent sent in cleaners after these guys. Poor work, they straight up didn’t wipe down cupboards. I basically had to pay for two bond cleans because I stupidly didn’t read reviews before booking optima.
DO NOT USE
I cancelled my booking with this company giving them 6 days notice. They continued to call me non-stop, then they tried charging me a $50 cancellation fee. Below is their terms and conditions:
We need a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancelling a service. Failure to notify us a minimum of 48 hours before the service takes place will result in a $50 non-refundable cancellation fee.
Never use these people
These people are the worst I have ever come across. I was charged extra to clean my walls and when i saw there work i was disgusted. They came back to fix it I walked in to find them cleaning my walls with glass cleaner. They are disgusting and the worst cleaners I have ever met.
Caused $500 damages on bond cleaning
Engaged them to do an end of tenancy bond cleaning as they had guaranteed 100% bond refund. The cleaners caused $500 worth of damages. Landlord deducted it from the bond amount. Unprofessional business, did not offer compensation for the damages caused and failed to returned any emails/phone calls.
Don’t book. Choose someone else.
Photos speak for themselves. First photo after first clean. Processed my payment without my approval. Cleaners returned after much angst on the phone. Second image: Final job. I’m $135 out of pocket and I will have to clean my oven myself.
Terrible Service & Unreliable
A terrible company to deal with and very unreliable. Strong suggest you do not use them. Did not deliver in what they said they would and never returned phone calls.
I told supervisor was not happy with the clean, initially offered me refund to delete my previous post. I have waited 3weeks but no refund. I phoned them to follow up but said can only do $150 not even half of my full payment! Told me several times someone will call me back but NEVER did. Told me someone came when he promised us someone will come & fix their messed but NO ONE CAME! We were there cleaning ourselves! Expects me to talk to him nicely after that (after imposing I was lying that no one came!) We have to re clean the unit ourselves +...pay extra $130 to re clean balcony as tenant was not happy. After all the discussion and waiting for 3weeks for refund. [name removed] said he’s not refunding anything as I yelled at him on the phone. Very frustrating! I will NEVER use their service or recommend them! NOT GOOD ENOUGH!
Very Poor Service Quality, Tardy, and Lacked professionalism
Optima Cleaners had caused a considerable amount of grief. The customer representative, Celine Sayson, I felt, did her best in attempting to rectify the situation, she truly did through her constant chirpy responses, but alas, it still was a terrible experience. The cleaners did a poor job for a bond clean, and the realtor took numerous photos of the poor quality. We had arranged for a re-clean, but Optima did not show up. Thus the realtor arranged for another clean as it had to be done before the new tenants moved in- which we had to pay for. ...Essentially we paid for two separate bond cleans. Optima did not inform any parties about their failure to show up during the re-clean. They later said they had logistics problems (after we had contacted them), and offered another time, but it was too late. We asked for a refund, which was refused. We were offered a $60 compensation (the full price was $400- and the second clean by another company was another $400). I had requested for the supervisor to get in touch with me, an individual named Mark, but he had failed to call on 2 occasions. We took it to Fair Trade, and the resolution was $160 compensation, and this process of back and forth went on for over 3 months. I do not recommend this service as they did failed in terms of professionalism, integrity, quality, punctuality, and responsiveness.
