Unacceptable on all levels
I have used these people with reasonable results over 6 months and numerous transactions. My current one has taken a complete day so far to locate funds their system seem to have lost.
My recipient will miss a flight and incur 2 nights of additional accomodation costs.
The phone support line always goes to New Zealand where the operators , all 3 I spoke to, were inept to say the least, answered the phone in a most unprofessional manner, were stupid in the questions they asked, thought Browning was a Christian name !!!
The recipient of my message conveyed in Sydney ignored the phone number supplied and sent me an email sying I could not be reached.
Will never use again
