I was this morning doing some shopping at Westfield in Geelong, when I was grabbed by one of the pop up shops staff who abruptly asked me if I used skin care products on my face .. I was a bit taken aback as my skin breaks out at certain times through the month, and this hormonal acne albeit reasonably mild is something that I cannot help and feel extremely self conscious about. I replied with yes I use products that have been specifically recommended to me by a dermatologist, he said no no and then muttered something about them not being that...

I told him that they were actually quite expensive products that were prescribed by a qualified person, before I knew what was happening he was pulling me over putting something on my hand telling me about this natural product that is so much better and that I have dead skin on my face and the reason my products dont work is because of that .. again I was offended by his abrupt words .. after more muttering and telling me how wonderful the product was he just said so you are going to buy? I said no I already have skin care products, he then was so rude and dismissive as if I had wasted his time when in fact he had wasted mine .. please teach your staff to not be so rude to people and insult them, he never once took the time to ask what my skin was like just making assumptions, if someone had of asked me what type of skin I have, what my concerns were with my skin and then recommend products to suit this I would have been more than happy to listen, but they are not trained professionals and even if they do have knowledge in skin care they certainly dont have it in customer service.Purchased at Westfield.

is it okay if i use tap water and not lukewarm water instead?
