This product made my skin worse
I'm from the Philippines and this product from Australia or owned by an Israeli made my skin worse. I was walking in the mall with my friend and suddenly a lady appeared to my side in front of their shop holding a small teaspoon or whatever you call it with a product on it and started applying something on my skin. My friend told me to ignore, but ignored my friend instead of the sales woman. So we found ourselves sitting on their lobby while the sales woman who approached me continuously applying the thing onto my hand and showed me how the fi...rst layer of dead skin cells were removed. She applied it to my friend as well, who gave me disgusting looks. So this material is so damn expensive yet I bought it because they promised to change and improve my skin. I'm suffering for pimple breakouts for several years now. Having sensitive skin, I only use Cetaphil as my partner soap. And Micellar toner. Nothing more. My face didn't have pimples for the longest time and I was happy about it since I was able to control it, until this Manuka thing came to my life. It's disgusting how they keep lowering the price from ₱6,000 plus to ₱4,000 just for me to get it. The sales woman told me "Sir, this is the first time I'm doing this but I'm going to give this for you at a lower price. Not only that, you can have you free facial today as well. I'm also giving this voucher to you for next month so that you can avail the free facial. Sir, this is the first time I'm doing this and I'll only do it for you since my boss is not here". "Wow!" I uttered inside my head. "What a nice woman she is". Of course, because I'm stupid and gullible. Then, her assistant was like "imagine that sir". It feels like I owe her something for giving that magical voucher to me. She even showed me pictures of some of her clients. The before and after pics that represents how changed they are right now. So, next I found myself in front of their cashier and swiping my debit card. It actually failed twice then I told her to try it again bypassing the PIN. Woah! It worked. I was charged. How the heck didn't I listen to my guardian angel who was trying to save me at that very moment? I found myself next lying on their bed and one of their therapist working on my free facial. She was kind and nice though but I hate the fact that she didn't wear some gloves and keep touching my face with her bare hands. She even mentioned she ate nuts before that. I wonder if she washed her hands though? So unpro. Not sure if I'm gonna user their soap made from the Dead Sea.

Manipulative, pushy, rude sales assistant not adhering to COVID-19 safety laws. A violating experience.
I was accosted by a pushy and manipulative sales assistant outside the store on Little Collins Street in Melbourne today. The woman lured me in with over the top compliments on how good my skin was, and insisted I needed to preserve it. She sat me down and started using this product on my hand, which removed the top layer of skin. She didn't ask, but she just grabbed and started doing this. It was a gross violation of my boundaries and my body. Her spiel continued for ages and she kept pushing a $300 kit on me, offering more and more freebies i...ncluding free facials in store and soaps and extra products. She didn't care that I didn't want to buy anything and kept falsely lowering the price, saying it was below cost (I find this hard to believe). When I encountered her in the street she was friendly and I simply thought she was going to offer me a sample in the store but she just went on and on and it was almost impossible to leave or get a word in. She had no respect for my boundaries and did not adhere to covid rules. Her mask was down under her nose and she kept grabbing my arm and hand and sat way too close. As she figured out she wasn't going to get a sale from me she became visibly angry and rude. Very manipulative behaviour all round. I am very well educated in psychopathy and abuse and she was employing psychopathic techniques in order to try to make a sale. I was not impressed and I felt grubby and violated from the experience. I even considered going to local police afterwards to report their behaviour which I consider extortionate and very risky during covid. Currently considering other avenues to report this brand and stop them from behaving like this with decent and unsuspecting customers.
My experience with Origani has been terrible, I purchased the products mentioning to the rep I have very sensitive skin. He ensure me that the products are natural and will be perfect for my skin. I started using the cleanser, night cream and the face peel, instantly my skin broke out in massive blind pimples almost like zits, my skin was so sore to touch it hurt even showering with my face under the water. I stopped using the product after 3 week. I was told me skin my break out and then it will clear up hense why I carried on using the produc...t. I contacted Origani and heard nothing mentioning I would like a refund, 5 weeks after stopping the routine my skin was still so tender and red. I contacted organi again as I went to a beautician to analyse my skin, my skin was burnt from the products, I contacted organi again mentioning I would like to return the products and have my money refunded and how terrified I am of the products. I got an email back saying sorry and to come in store for a free facial, I thanked you for the facial and declined as I do not wish to use any of their products on my face. 6 months later origani have not made any contact or resolved this matter. You are more than happy to take someones money but you are not happy to resolve or refund when the product is not suited for someone. I have now paid another $2800 to get my skin back to how it was before using your products.

It makes me itchy and tingly
I was lured in too. They took the make up off one side of my face and told me how much dirt was coming out of my pores. Since I been using it I have not noticed the same result instead I have had a very bad reaction. My face goes all tingly and really itchy. I’ve also been breaking out in little spots around my mouth. Very confused and annoyed when you look at how much they have charged me.

"No chemical used, completely all natural" Erm...
Pls teach your sales people not to say that. Its REALLY unintelligent and complete untrue. Its a "peel". I believe the correct cosmetic term is "chemical peel". Even everyday shampoo, toothpaste etc have chemicals in them. Chemical isn't all bad, depends on how you use it. My inner arm actually feels a bit irritated( tingles) after demo but I was too shy to say anything. Also, all the products are a bit pricey and sales people is somewhat pushy.
At the store, I was shocked to see so many selling tricks being played on you. The have so many tricks to make you buy their products including misrepresenting their position at store, offering discounts, misleading, suggestive comments.

The product itself is ok, standard peel cleanser. Haven't used it long enough to notice long term results yet.
I was made to feel uncomfortable by the sales guy at the Auckland store though. Every couple of seconds I had something complimented. Combined with the physical closeness of demonstrating the product including touching legs, I felt like I was at a bar. He then gave me his number and offered a free facial treatment which he would personally do. I would have liked a free facial but obviously wasn't going to take him up on that and now I walk on the opposite side of the street to avoid the store.
I get that sales teams are meant to make the customer feel good but tone it down please?

Burnt my skin!
The pushy sales woman said this product is GUARANTEED to help Rosecea and Excema on my face but demonstrated on my hand. I have used it twice and it burns!

Scam and terrible!
Do not trust the other 5 star comments. Comments made from paid users in poor countries. I cant believe this kind of scam actually exist and are allowed in Australia.
I dare you to apply the peel and leave it longer on your face and you will notice the side effect. No skincare product in anyway should harm the skin. I'm not allergic to anything but after i apply this product on my face and wash it after it dry, i feel pain on some area like burnt where i apply and there are 'some white plastic' stuck to your face.

N o p e
There are 3 things I would like to point out:
1. The staff
A female staff was very pushy. Not to mention that she tricked us that the night cream was ‘free’ since we (my friend and I) are sixteen. We bought this Erda luxury kits that each costs around 420 AUD; this is including the ‘free’ night cream. However, when I came home and checked the price online, I saw that the Erda luxury kit costs 305 AUD and the night cream costs 160 AUD. If the night cream was ‘free’, we would not have paid 420 AUD each. It’s a marketing trick thing so for tho...

Refund given as my skin was too sensitive.
I had a very positive experience with the team in the Melbourne CBD. I purchased products and my skin reacted to them. The staff happily gave me a full refund. I have listened to the team in the Melbourne CBD store talk to many customers and they are thoughtful, courteous and not pushy. They stated that they would hate to think that I had paid money for a product I could not use. I thank them for their customer service and their understanding.

Dreadful service staff
I am not using the Origani Erda Manuka Honey Peel any more. I find the products & the customer service are really bad. It is also over priced for what it is.
Questions & Answers
Is it safe to use when its already expired?
Just used my open bottle again (expiring on 2021) after a couple of months & surprised that after 10 seconds, no dead cells came off like before when I rinsed it off with warm water. I also saw my skin tightened in the horizontal direction that I applied the gel. Was I supposed to massage it first before dead cells come off?? Am guessing that I bought it late 2018 or mid 2019? Is the tightening the effect of expired product?
I bought a luxury facial collection after being assured it will last me a year. I was in a very vulnerable state emotionally and feel I was massively taken advantage of. May I say your sales team seem to be like MLM representatives with the ethics described on this forum. I am having second thoughts about using the products now.
Please tell me of your training processes and why your representatives are so goddamned slippery smooth and pushy. I suspect a commission basis as a matter of course. This is why I never buy commercial products. I should have stuck with health food store products. At least I feel assured of their ethics.
I’m sure they last a year if you use it sparingly like just 2 times a month, which I have been doing as advised by the Sales Rep I bought it from. But please don’t commit yourself to buying anything if you’re not fully convinced before buying. This goes for any product you buy
Hope this was helpful
Thank you Jenny. I was advised to use it 1 - 2 times a week.
Anyway, I’m over this particular freak out anyway. I do like the effect it had on my skin after first usage.
