Dreadful service staff
I am not using the Origani Erda Manuka Honey Peel any more. I find the products & the customer service are really bad. It is also over priced for what it is.
Sales tactics were atrocious.
I was regretfully stopped in a mall today by an Origani salesman and even after making an expensive purchase (honestly to get him off my back) he continued to heavy handedly try to get me to buy more. Resorting to flirtation which is repulsive and asking how much cash I had on me. I had to say no multiple times before he would produce a reciept. I honestly felt harassed and that my purchase wasnt enough. I shouldnt have to resort to rudeness to continue my day especially after buying something! The product could be pure gold and I still will only see it as nothing more than an awful experience.
Not Organic Contains Plastic
I experienced the pushy salesman who described the strange white substance appearing as my skin! I knew this was not correct. He was typical of hawkers everywhere and if had not been waiting for my father I would have walked away as being pushed into a sale is never pleasant. That type of sales technique relies on our good manners not to be rude to a stranger.
Is your company another who uses the word ‘organic’ to attract sales and suggest there is no inorganic matter in your product? Clearly a product containing plastic beads is not organic...
Manuka Honey Peel GREAT - other products burnt my face
I previously purchased the Manuka Honey Peel (Gentle) and absolutely loved the product. I suffer from really dry flakey skin and since using that it has disappeared quiet a lot!
When I ran out of my bottle I went to the store to repurchase and they had the Erda Luxury Pack - it was the normal gentle peel with cleanser & moisturizer. I told the staff I used the gentle peel and they said my skin looks combination and told me to grab the Erda - the package deal was decently priced on special, so I gave it a go, 3 days later I wish I hadn't. My sk...
Pushy staff and product are not worth to the price
I was walking at Collin st one day, and there's a girl stopping me by giving me this hand cream sample, after I have taken it and she start the conversation like where are you from? You look so beautiful, I like your bag.... then come in, I give you something's for the face, after I have enter the shop, she start showing me this peel off gel on my hand, I say is amazing but I'm not effort to pay this ($180) then she goes to her manager act like she's gonna ask for a best price for me, but come back for $150, they just won't let me go until I have purchase something. Worst experience and the product is really bad, does nothings for me.
Not worth the money
Pushy sales staff and a product that is not worth anywhere near its retail price.
I was ambushed by a sales member at the pop up store at Chadstone. Despite telling him I was in a hurry to get to an appointment he promised he just wanted to give me a sample. After passing me a sample he held onto my hand to demo the peel on the back of my hand. Frustrated I said I'm sorry I really don't have time for this. He continued to show me this product which he had smothered on me. He said that I could see my skin peeling off and made a joke about when ...
Product fails the sales pitch on its virtues!
Purchased read Manuka honey peel 4 weeks ago! After weekly use as recommended it is a fail! It has irritated my skin leaving me with breakout!
The price is exorbitant for this effect! The sales pitch is aggressive with refusal to offer samples to try before buying! Unlike other brands where staff are more than willing to package samples in smaller containers for trial!
One should not buy this product at all
I have bought this product from sydney. Fake promises by the company. Product not worth buying fr a penny as well. Haveused this product over month expecting the result but no difference in the skin at all.
Total waste of money!!!
There is absolutely NO WAY this product is worth $180.00 If you buy this like I did, you are being totally ripped off!!!! If cost $40.00 I would say it is a really good product, but for $180.00 I expect WAY WAY more! I have gone back to using my Swisse Foaming Facial Cleaner which I bought from my local Chemist for $4.00 and I am receiving the same results!!!!
If you look at the ingredients, it has acrylate copolymer, (check wikipedia) which is plastic micro beads. When rubbed it creates glue, rubber like balls. This is NOT your dead skin coming off. This is been outlawed from the cosmetic industry due to ocean life ingesting this plastic. Not very organic. Also I doubt there is any honey in this, as there is no hint of honey colour or smell. I was at Chadstone shopping centre, and was walking past the stall when a sales lady ambushed me, asking if I wanted a free sample. I said "sure' and got it an...d kept walking on when she yelled out to get me back. I obliged, even though I was on my way to run an errand. She noted I was trying to move on, and said I looked nervous, to which I said I was in a hurry to be somewhere. She grabs my hand and applies goop. She asks what my skincare routine is, I tell her I only use macadamia oil for removing make up (Oil cleansing method) and moisture with same oil. I only put on my skin what I can eat. She then contradicts herself in same sentence by saying that you can eat this product, but would not recommend doing so!?!?!. I try to pull away and she will not let go of my hand. Does her stupid little demo, and I am increasingly annoyed as I need to be somewhere. She then asks which product I want to buy, and I say none as its a blatant rip off and I walk off. Good people reading this now, have some entertainment by going through with their pitch, then walk away, this will annoy them.
