Pushy salespeople poor product
After being basically accosted by your salesman in Riverlink mall I found myself buying this product and now my skin is horrible I have hard balls of product that won’t wash off I have wasted $165 I really couldn’t afford but was so pressured I didn’t feel I could refuse

Horrible!!
My experience with Origani has been terrible, I purchased the products mentioning to the rep I have very sensitive skin. He ensure me that the products are natural and will be perfect for my skin. I started using the cleanser, night cream and the face peel, instantly my skin broke out in massive blind pimples almost like zits, my skin was so sore to touch it hurt even showering with my face under the water. I stopped using the product after 3 week. I was told me skin my break out and then it will clear up hense why I carried on using the produc...
Read moret. I contacted Origani and heard nothing mentioning I would like a refund, 5 weeks after stopping the routine my skin was still so tender and red. I contacted organi again as I went to a beautician to analyse my skin, my skin was burnt from the products, I contacted organi again mentioning I would like to return the products and have my money refunded and how terrified I am of the products. I got an email back saying sorry and to come in store for a free facial, I thanked you for the facial and declined as I do not wish to use any of their products on my face. 6 months later origani have not made any contact or resolved this matter. You are more than happy to take someones money but you are not happy to resolve or refund when the product is not suited for someone. I have now paid another $2800 to get my skin back to how it was before using your products.Purchased in at Origani for $310.

"No chemical used, completely all natural" Erm...
Pls teach your sales people not to say that. Its REALLY unintelligent and complete untrue. Its a "peel". I believe the correct cosmetic term is "chemical peel". Even everyday shampoo, toothpaste etc have chemicals in them. Chemical isn't all bad, depends on how you use it. My inner arm actually feels a bit irritated( tingles) after demo but I was too shy to say anything. Also, all the products are a bit pricey and sales people is somewhat pushy.

At the store, I was shocked to see so many selling tricks being played on you. The have so many tricks to make you buy their products including misrepresenting their position at store, offering discounts, misleading, suggestive comments.

There are 3 things I would like to point out:
1. The staff
A female staff was very pushy. Not to mention that she tricked us that the night cream was ‘free’ since we (my friend and I) are sixteen. We bought this Erda luxury kits that each costs around 420 AUD; this is including the ‘free’ night cream. However, when I came home and checked the price online, I saw that the Erda luxury kit costs 305 AUD and the night cream costs 160 AUD. If the night cream was ‘free’, we would not have paid 420 AUD each. It’s a marketing trick thing so for tho...

Dreadful service staff
I am not using the Origani Erda Manuka Honey Peel any more. I find the products & the customer service are really bad. It is also over priced for what it is.
