The leather products are made to last forever, great price and material compare with other high-end brand. I introduced Oroton to my family and many friends and everyone are in love with it. Buying the best bag ever and a wallet to boot!
I was looking for a black day bag that would hold my MacBook Pro (13") and Saskia at Brookvale Oroton helped me find just the right bag. It was spacious but not too big. Understated yet stylish. Soft leather, zipper to keep things in, and little metal feet on the bag to protect it from the floor, basically everything you'd ever need. I also bought a gorgeous light aqua wallet that feels comfy in your hand. All with Saskia's help, she was brilliant!
Oroton go above and beyond for their customers.
My wife and I are very happy Oroton customers. My wife loves the high quality products but we can usually only afford to buy them when they are on special as we are a low-income couple without much to spare.
I don't know where the few negative reviews come from, maybe they are mistaking Oroton for someone else...
Last year we bought a beautiful bag (Roam Large Hobo) and my wife has been using it ever since. Unfortunately, a few weeks ago one of the ring-clasps that hold the strap fixed to the bag, broke... I contacted customer service via ema...il and advised them of the situation... Now, the bag was over a year old and thus outside of the Australian Consumer warranty period... I knew that and explained that I would be happy to pay for a new ring for the bag if it was possible. Also, I couldn't find out proof of purchase, so I didn't know if Oroton would be able to help at all... Within an hour, Ashley from customer service emailed me back saying that she had found the proof of purchase (must have searched for my name on the order) and that, unfortunately, the bag was sold out but that Oroton would happily give us a store credit as compensation (keep in mind, the bag was over a year old...).
Was so impressed with Anna at the Myer Pitt Street store. Loveliest saleswoman ever. I am also incredibly impressed with the quality of the bag I bought. It's the most I have ever spent on a bag, but it's 1000x worth it. First time customer for Oroton and I love it.

On purchasing a clutch for my daughters 21st I found it to be faulty. I emailed customer service and their response was extremely prompt and extremely helpful. On Angela's recommendation I took the clutch into the Burnside store and was served by Courtney. Courtney assured me that I would receive a replacement clutch from Harbour Town within a few days. Her only concern was that it wouldn't be in time for my daughters 21st! Such wonderful warm customer service. Its so refreshing to deal with such professionalism.
Excellent Customer service!
I purchased a pair of Oroton sunglasses last year. Unfortunately a screw fell out and I could no longer wear them, after talking with the customer service team via email they said if I go into a store they could help me send them away for repair. To my delight the beautiful ladies at castle towers fixed my sunglasses on the spot.
I was very impressed with the high level of customer care from the online team to the girls in store.

I had lost my love for Oroton over the last few years. Until this year, I went into your store at Christmas NY time and was served by Solmaz. Her customer service was exceptional. She was professional, friendly, helpful & a wealth of knowledge on all your products. I’ve since been served by her on another two separate occasions and each time she’s been exceptional. I’ve walked away extremely happy with my choice of purchase.
Thanks to Elaine Wilson from the Indooroopilly store for the most amazing service and professionalism. She chased down a bag for me and had it shipped to the Indooroopilly store. There were very few left, but she persisted and found one for me. I was very impressed.

Once the problem was brought up to them , they handled it quickly and a resolution was achieved efficiently. Well done to an Australian company & their great staff. Fantastic customer service at Oroton head office
I just wanted to share my positive experience with Oroton. I emailled Head Office regarding an issue I had with a purchase and in less than 1/2 hour, Angela (Client Advisor) responded and offered a solution.
I have purchased many products over the years and have never had any other concerns with the quality. After today's fast turnaround and level of service, I continue to be impressed. Thank you.

Customer Service - AMAZING!
Extremely approachable staff at Oroton Miranda with my concerns i had around product quality of my black tote bag. The representative quickly looked up my details, when it was ordered, and told me there would be a brand new one for me in store on Friday. I then got a call on Friday and collected on Saturday. Seamless and excellent customer service. Really sets Oroton apart from other brands.
Amazing service at Gold Coast Harbourtown
The ladies who work at the Harbourtown store were absolutely amazing, patient, and friendly while I was trying to decide on purchasing a purse. Would definitely recommend, and will definitely be going back. The purse was lovely and perfect for the purposes I needed it for
I wanted to exchange a beautiful bag that was gifted to me. I already had a bag in that colour so wanted to change the colour. I contacted customer support and Angela was amazing. She was able to organise for me to exchange the bag, found the stores in my state that had them, and when I told her which one I would go to, she contacted them. When I arrived at the store they knew who I was and the exchange happened without any problems. The staff at WaterTown were also extremely helpful and friendly. All I can say is thank you,thank you,thank you. You are amazing! I’ll definitely shop Oroton.

Bag disintegrating within 6 months BUT outstanding service from Oroton
I purchased the Melanie briefcase in caramel in July 2018, RRP $695 but I bought it on sale. In less than 6 months, one of the grip handles has split in a number of place and the interior is clearly visible. The plastic interior piping that is a surrounding feature of the bag is now poking through the disintegrated leather on two corners and the plastic piping is visible by a full inch on each side of the base. Further the supposed 'leather' has actually rubbed off in places. Given the passage of time, I am unlikely to secure a refund or exchan...ge hence this review for other buyers to beware. I did look at the website to purchase another bag thinking that maybe I have been too rough with my bag, however the reviews on this site have confirmed that oroton quality is not what it once was. Update 31/01/19 I emailed customer service regarding the briefcase. I received a response within 24 hours from Angela, who requested photos and the receipts. I provided these and again received a quick response. I expected only store credit but was offered a choice of store credit, product exchange or refund. When I attended the store the customer service gentleman was wonderful. He explained the leather used in the briefcase was one where the split the hide in two so the leather is half the thickness. He exchanged my bad for one where the full hide had been used so the leather is significantly thicker. It's not as soft but should last the distance. I can't fault Oroton's customer service in this instance. Fast turnaround, an apology and an exchange. Well done Oroton. I'll be back to shop again soon.
Questions & Answers
Hi I’ve stored my bag in the Oroton dust bag. I went to use it and found that the bag is stuck to the dust bag I tried to get it out but my bag is all damaged. I had to peel the dust bag off it and it tore to shreds. What should I do? Can this be fixed?
I was given a beautiful Oroton umbrella for a gift and therefore no receipt
The umbrella won’t stay open and the stem won’t extend

What do you suggest ?
Ring and ask for an exchange. If the won’t help, ask for your call to be escalated to a manager. They will eventually help, but you have to persevere. Good luck!
