Horrible customer experience with booking in delivery, company is not organised at all, kept changing deliver days/times. Product (egg chair) came with rust all over it

I bought an outdoor lounge setting online. The website clearly stated (and still does today) that the item is in stock with 7 to 10 days delivery. I bought in good faith believing this. On day 7 (business days) after my order was placed, and my credit card debited, I received an automated email, no phone call, to say that my lounge was out of stock and there would be a 6 week delay. I spent thousands on an outdoor lounge setting from Osmen at Artarmon. Within about 2 years, the wicker had deteriorated to the point where the arms were all broken down, and the seats were deteriorating too. It looked terrible and was too uncomfortable to use. I contacted the store, and was informed that the product was out of warranty and discontinued. The response I received was not only unhelpful, it was passive aggressive and rude!
