Eclipse Umbrella. It's great!
Recently bought an Osmen Eclipse Umbrella (3.0m x 3.0m) and had it delivered and installed by Osmen. The quality of the product is second to none. As the old saying goes, you get what you pay for!
It is easy to operate and is adjustable to all angles and situations.

Beautifully made out door furniture
Extremely comfortable and well made stylish out door lounge setting and table. Great delivery and service. We assembled our furniture ourselves which was very easy and quick.

We placed our order for an outdoor umbrella over the phone after we visited the store several days earlier. Angie from the Castle Hill store took my call, answered all my questions, then afterwards sent me several photo's and confirmed pricing and delivery options. Then about an hour or so later she followed it up with a phone call to ensure I had all the information I required. Later on that day I called her back and placed the order. She advised delivery date, and that I would get an SMS confirming delivery on the day. True enough, at 8a...
Read morem I got the SMS, and delivery was an hour later. The next day, the lovely Hannah called to ensure we received our purchase and were happy with the goods and the Delivery. Oh which we were delighted.... Unbelievable customer Experienced. NB: I was reluctant to place my order due to the negative comments in previous reviews. Very friendly service
We have purchased outdoor table from Osman in Alexandria and very pleased with service that we got. The team is friendly and accommodated all our inquires in regards to the delivery date and service. Table has arrived in perfect condition, delivery men were wearing masks, were quick, placed the table in the spot we asked them and picked up all the packaging.
As well we have ordered 10 chairs from Supa Centa Osmen. The delivery has been set for the 3rd of July, the shop didn't contact us that chairs are out of stock and that the delivery will ...

I am happy with my outdoor furniture. But lit was misunderstanding regarding assembling. But I spoken to a sales person and it was resolved very well. I am happy with the service.

Purchased the Alice 4pc outdoor setting from the Castle Hill store. Great explanation of product prior to purchase by sales staff. Very pleased with quality, construction, and ease of assembly.
