Very easy and convenient to see all products on display at the store and treated to a very friendly and helpful service from the store assistant.

Recently bought an Osmen Eclipse Umbrella (3.0m x 3.0m) and had it delivered and installed by Osmen. The quality of the product is second to none. As the old saying goes, you get what you pay for!
It is easy to operate and is adjustable to all angles and situations.

Because I wanted a dining setting for my patio, I was limited with the sizing of the table. As soon as I saw the table in the store I knew it would be perfect and it was. The service was excellent.

I ordered a egg chair. It was delivered within 1 week. The delivery drive text the day before and gave a time slot and arrived on time. The Chair was really easy to assemble, despite no instructions.

Store was great with helpful and unobtrusive shop floor help. Deliveries took a while (mainly because of delays from covid) but happened exactly when agreed. Delivery service was excellent especially removing all packaging. When we did have a minor product fault it was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Very happy to recommend Ozmen and we will use them again - as and when we have need.

I am happy with my outdoor furniture. But lit was misunderstanding regarding assembling. But I spoken to a sales person and it was resolved very well. I am happy with the service.
