I found the same problem - blurry pics when used in dry environment, and can't get into the Settings (Screwdriver) menu. Tried multiple settings but couldn't get a nice sharp pic. Could have bought something a lot better for the same price (PGK300), can't return it as it's not actually "faulty". Should have read the reviews first.
Total waste of money
Do not buy this camera. I bought it for my husband for his birthday unfortunately. When he went to use it, we found you need to have a memory stick - it wouldn't work otherwise. The manual you get with it told us that we need a memory stick if you needed extra memory. The photos were awful - blurry and not clear like the advertising suggests. The batteries didn't last long either. All in all, if you want an underwater camera that gives quality photos, this isn't the one for you. Once we realised how terrible it was, the only way we could...get our money back was to get advice from Fair Trading as the seller would only do refunds if the box hadn't been opened!! Impossible to see the quality of the camera and photos unless you actually tried it.
Not worth the 85$
I was attracted by the spec sheet, that promised focal length of 4mm (23mm equiv), and no zoom - which was promising good quality and wide angle. However, the focal length is 7.2mm (41 equiv) and the photo quality is quite low. To summarize the product, an old phone camera in waterproof plastic (waterproofness yet to be tested). A waterproof Fuji is a better deal.
I will however use this camera on my next vacation for snorkeling, as I have no time to buy another camera.
I would price it max 35$ for what it brings.
