I have been waiting for 11 weeks for a product I ordered from Pop. All of the emails I have sent chasing it up go unanswered except from the blasted auto reply. Is there someone I can contact directly to find out what is happening with my order?
Has anybody purchased the portable air conditioner and now been told shipping will be at least 8 weeks and not the originally stated 4 weeks?? Trying to resolve the issue but am not getting any reply from ouffer.
We are experiencing some delays in our warehouse that are affecting our delivery times.
Typically 90% of our orders are delivered within 2 - 4 weeks but unfortunately in this circumstance the product is likely to arrive in late January.

I purchased a voucher from Ouffer 1 week ago but the voucher has not appeared on my account for downloading / printing. Despite my contacting them via their helpdesk, and someone called "Tia" apparently looking after my enquiry, and a further 3 follow-ups on my part, I have heard nothing more.
Has anyone else had this experience?

Has anyone ever purhcased vouchers from Ouffer where you only have 1 more day to make the purchase only to find that the deal has been extended the following day and the day after that and the day after that? I have made my purchase and have recieved my voucher but the it states that my order will get sent to the supplier once the deal finishes. The voucher is valid for 3 months. If i'm not sure when the deal is actually going to finish, how do I know if my order will ever go through?
