I have been working with Outsource workers for a coupe of years at two different companies.

Both experiences have been great and my current colleague there is amazing. She is always willing to take on new tasks. Does them accurately and efficiently and I hope she feels as much as part of the team despite not actually working in the same office as the rest of us.
