energy costs are now less than $100 a month

A great option for EV owners. We swapped to Ovo a few months ago. We have 10 KW of solar and a Tesla Model Y. We charge at home 99% of the time. Our total energy bills are <$100 a month, including driving.

Fixed pricing - easy to budget

OVO’s fixed pricing is great for budgeting plus when in credit they apply interest as a benefit.
The service from OVO has been the best l have experienced from any previous providers plus they are competitive.

Over a year with OVO and can't complain

Not worth it

Initially the charges looked good and they offeeed 14c per unit solar FIT for the initial 4000 units of the year. But few months in they increased the charges (significantly) and soon after they reduced the 14 cents to 10 cents per unit. It now turns out the be way more expensive than other competitors. Show details

Wonderful customer service responsiveness

The transitive to Ovo was smooth. I did end up having a credit balance that kept growing, I called for a refund of the credit and had my monthly withdrawal amounts adjusted. Representative Ashley on the call was great and helpful. Only thing that would have been better is if it automated! Show details
