Poor Customer Service - Never Buy Online
Purchased a jumper online for my father's 80th birthday. It arrived and was too big. Tried to exchange at the outlet which is also the location of the warehouse. They had no stock in that size. I then emailed customer care and was told the size I wanted was no longer available.
This was a lie.
When I realised, 2 days had passed. I emailed customer care, but my complaint went unanswered.
I emailed again, hoping to get a satisfactory resolution - ie. the jumper in time for my dad's birthday. Could I go to the warehouse? No. Could they send ...the correct size and colour jumper to the outlet (which is next door) to pick up? Again no. If I wanted the jumper in a different size I had to send it back, wait for a credit refund and then order it again.
