Terrible service, packaged sent to the wrong address

No replies to emails, took 3 phone calls to get a call back. I posted bad feedback on their instagram page - reply within 2 minutes. Was told package was sent to the wrong address because I incorrectly entered Melbourne as the city on the online payment form - apparently I should have entered the suburb instead (?). I was then told I can pick up a jacket from a store in the weekend and will get an email to confirm availability. Weekend is here, no email. I've now requested a refund. Wish me luck. These people are just awful to deal with. Definitely will never buy again from Oxford.

If you can spend a bit more, skip it!

There are SOME good items... but generally speaking it is a cheap, no quality great design concept. if you are looking for quality, don look here.

I've bought many items from them, suits tend to be OK, leather jacket was good value for many but all the rest was more or less disposable fashion.

Incorrect material labeling

Purchased a Drydon knitted blazer which was (and still is) advertised with a material composition of 59% polyester, 30% wool, 11% cotton. However after checking the label on the jacket which was hidden away inside the lining pocket, discovered it was made with a combination of 90% polyester and 10% Rayon.

Appalling Quality. Never Again!

I spent $169 on a pair of pants for work. Out of the bag they looked OK, however the fabric didn’t look great for a product in this price range. I wore them once. The seams pulled apart so badly they cannot be worn again. This is absolutely appalling! $169? Are you high? I will never be shopping at Oxford again...

Purchased a few items online and found the shoes didnt fit. Took back to my local store and was told they didnt accept refunds and werent able to even give me store credit because a manager wasnt present. Won't be back.

Disaster!!! Worst shopping experience

Worst customer service ever experienced !!! Never shop here. Incorrect value held up customs process for over a month and still not resolved. Excuses after excuses and no action. Once they have your money they don't care.

Great Prices and Good Quality Suits

I went to Oxford Sydney Central Plaza without any decision to buy anything. However, I have changed my minds after I tried more than five suites. Adam and Stefano are extremely patient and customer service oriented staff. Adam gave me his thoughts about which colour and styling is best for my skin tone. I bought two pairs of suits with affordable prices. I could not understand people who had given complaints about Oxford Clothing because they’re willing to pay $499.99 for two pairs of suits. The quality will come with the prices paid to every business. If they really want good quality, they should buy at Tom Ford or Hugo Boss, M.J. Bale, TM Lewin, etc. Highly recommended for new customers to buy at Oxford.

Arriving in Adelaide I found that I was minus a suit and tie meant to be worn to a formal occasion, so
found Oxford Clothing Store In a Mall in Rundle St Mall. I was greeted by Mark (1926) with a happy smile
and once I had explained my predicament he immediately set about fitting me with a great suit, shirt and tie.
Thank you Mark for making it so easy.

Never refunded me with my money - total scam! How do they manage to sustain their business??

I bought skirt on their website, fully refundable within 30 days. Didn't fit, sent it back but those xxx never gave me my money back because there was an issue with my credit card. Called them like million times, always very polite, staff is not there, on holidays, excuse after excuse. Never got my money back. So now I have no skirt neither I have my money. This has never happened to me. Worst experience ever. Will NEVER EVER buy from them again. Don't know how they sustain their pathetic business.

A horrible experience

Purchased a shirt which turned out to be faulty. Sleeves were 3 inches shorter than normal for "L" size.
Gave it a wash and took it back to store at Virgin Terminal Sydney. Lady in charge was aggressive and defensive and stated it was their policy not to replace as it had been "washed". When I reminded her of current "fit for purpose" legislation she became very abusive.
Phoned sales mgr who was always busy and failed to return calls.
Wanted proof of purchase/credit card entry.
Gave up in disgust and sent whole item back to MD. You guessed it- nil response.
Overpriced and poor quality generally marketed through heavy discounts.
All buyers beware.... you get the junk you pay for.

Used to love them

Used to love Oxford, the jacket linings made them stand out, they had a edge and always are talking points to this day. I have at least 6 blazers, 8 trousers and heaps of shirts... all fit perfectly. All brought online, I could rely on Oxford to fit every time.

Then they went mainstream with the linings, and now the sizing is a joke. Large used to fit perfectly, not large is like a tent. Why did it change??? The last four shirts I’ve brought are unwearable. So sad one of my favourite brands is now a no go.

We purchased at Oxford in Birkenhead Point, Sydney. Luke was very helpful with sizing and fabric qualities and selection. It was a pleasant surprise to have a sales assistant actually offer their assistance . Thank you Luke, we will be back.

Not good enough

Hi, I was just at your Chapel st Melbourne store ready to spend on jumpers and shirts, not much probably like $500. The lady serving me told me we’re closing in 2 minutes you have to come back and basically threw me and my girlfriend out of the store cause she had to close.
I work all day and couldn’t get to the shop till 5.50.
Love Oxford but this just isn’t good enough.
I’m shocked. She said “you can have a look at as much as you can for 2 minutes” really?!?!?
