Very happy with the products we bought (Hamptons style furniture) but the real drawcard were the staff and the level of service. Just superb. We had a complicated delivery schedule due to renovations and they could not have been more helpful. Also love the deliver, set up and take away the detritus service. Really excellent.

The store was accessible an the staff were excellent. They advised and offered help. The table I purchased is just ideal for my purposes and of a better quality and design than I expected for the price. I had to get help to assemble as was heavier than expected.

I brought product one I got but unprofessionally install and break my homes tiles and other product Iam waiting for more then 6 months. I always contact them and they said next week but never receive any call. Even store don’t know about there delivery team. I’m not happy with there service. I never go back and I suggest don’t go.

We loved to shop in oz design in auburn and the customer support was simply awesome. We will choose oz design next time

Staff at Auburn and delivery guys were very helpful. I chose a reclining 3 seat sofa from the Chicago range in Grey (love the colour). The sofa is very firm and supportive which is what I was after. The reclining position is so comfortable. I think the sofa will soften a little with more use. It looks very sleek for a recliner.

The OZ design staff at Auburn were friendly patient and helpful, particularly when I changed my order. Well done Ozdesign!

I absolutely love our dinning suit! I can't stop looking at it. It is even more beautiful than I imagined it would be. The Victorian Ash table top is a feature now in our home. The quality is outstanding. It completes our entertaining space.

We were served by a lady called Charlene She was very helpful with everything that we asked for in regards to what we needed our order to be sent to us the delivery everything was just too easy for her I would recommend anybody to go to Auburn and be served by her it was an amazing experience and we love the furniture And we travelled from Penrith to go there

My buffet is amazing quality ! Solid wood beautiful design, couldn’t find anything similar in any other store very unique. The staff at auburn were very helpful in helping me decide what colour to go with

I was able to buy the dining table chairs and armchair during a sale so the price was great. Frequent updates on delivery by phone which was very much appreciated, as I was informed my delivery would be delayed by a lot due to Covid 19. In the end the delay was not so great and I was happy delivery could occur on a Saturday. All went very smoothly and I am enjoying my new furniture. Thanks to all the staff for their good service and communication.

The staff at DFO Oz Design Furniture were very efficient in helping us choose, order and deliver our new couch. It's super comfy and suits our new apartment so well.

Please don't buy furniture from OZ design. I bought bunting live edge dinning table from OZ design. After a month i realized that the both sides of the dinning table has slight damages. When i raised this issue, they are saying its live edge, so you can expect this. Live edge doesn't mean damaged/sharp edge. Horrible service. Stay away from them.

There was an issue with the dinning chairs we bought from the store. The customer care team was extremely helpful and organised the replacement as quickly as possible. The whole experience was very smooth and straightforward. They quickly replied our emails and showed genuine care and understanding of the situation. Delivery service was also very good and professional. Everything was arranged in advance and executed on time with no stress.

The girl who helped us in placing the order has really great customer service skills. She helped us by calling the manufacturer and adjusted the size according to our needs.
