Help in the store was fantastic.
Good range of items.
Lounge is fantastic.
Legs on console table are slightly bent so it is not level when on the tile floor.
Coffee table top has slight imperfection

We’re really happy with everything, it’s exactly the look we were after. There’s some imperfections, which is a little disappointing.

Buying our lounge was fantastic we actually got it from Homebush as that’s the only place that had it in stock but extremely helpful, delivery however was shocking, they actually dropped my lounge outside my place on the grass didn’t offer to take the rubbish, terrible night as well picked it up myself, maybe work on getting better delivery options.

The store was well set out and easy to find what we were looking for.
We are happy with the product purchased that came fully assembled and well packed for collection.
The product could have been improved with clips/closers on the inside of the doors.

The staff go above and beyond to make sure you're happy. Amazing quality products at affordable prices. I will buy from them again!

I was more so impressed with dealing with the staff than anything else. Trudie was AMAZING. My purchases were already assembled and easily assisted with by staff to my car. The store is slightly overwhelming but that is the nature of home decor shopping!

The perfect dining table - we love it! Ordered over the phone and asked about collecting at the store which meant we could have the table within 5 days which is fantastic.

Only issue was if the staff don’t like picking a table up from the store, this service should not be offered. Upon pick up, the experience was made frustrating by one staff member who made it very clear she did not agreed with us picking it up (even though we came with ample help and a suitable vehicle).

Given we bought an expensive table, it would have been helpful to be given information about caring for it. For example, we are not sure if the wood needs to be treated or if wine was spilled on it, how to get it off effectively.

A bit confusing with main store & pop up store upstairs.

When staff finally located they were very helpful/polite.
Armchair I bought is exactly what I was looking for & Australian-made. Good range of fabrics to choose from.

Couch looks great & delivered the day I requested. Paid extra for Delivery but delivery service was ordinary. The packaging was extremely excessive & the couch legs looked uneven when assembled. Happy with my fabric choice.

Friendly staff, I didn’t need much assistance as it was an impulse buy. Product suited my need and was on sale. Store was clean and inviting. I took item home myself

The store is easy to get around & service was great. I had a good choice of chairs & fabrics to choose from.
The quality of my chair & footstool is great, & that was what help my selection. I did not have do to any assembling, just had them delivered in good order & in the time advised.

Store layout was a pleasant way to find what we were after.
Very satisfied! The range was great.
Quality is what sold the products.
No assembly! Packaging in cartons, no problem to unpack
