Friendly staff. Items not good upon Delivery.will not buy again
Easy to navigate in store. Friendly staff. Products are good. But OZ is Not careful delivering items. Items received has a lot of scratches/marks especially the resin part which is its design. The condition of the item is not as is when bought. We love OZ design but Will not buy again and will not recommend to friends. Not a pleasant experience,

Please I paid for the unpack and assemble/install option. I think I would have found the assembly quite time consuming and difficult.

No screws at all
Great looking table and arrived on time but to put it together with absolutely no screws, Allen key etc is utterly ridiculous

Service was good
The furniture was ok and delivered on time, my TV unit had a scratch on it which was disappointing, It would have been better if they had the furniture feet/ floor protection like nick scali.

Good product when finally received
They claimed that I would receive the product after 2 weeks. When I hadn't heard after a month I contacted them and they said it would be another 2 weeks. Just be honest

Couches OK But explanation of 5 year warranty for fabric protector did not occur
Sofas are good. No explanation of the 5 year warranty provided by sales staff at time of sale. Had to go the Essendon store lately due to renovations at Preston to enquire / buy the fabric protector. No stock of this in the Essendon store however, issue resolved with pack delivered later in this week.

Awesome furniture. Less than average service.
Love the furniture. Dining set and console. Good quality. Terrible service. Ordered early Dec for Jan delivery which finally turned up in April. Lack of communication on behalf of the store throughout. Lack of response to e mails. Mis information given by phone, eg finally given a delivery date, took the day off work and it didn’t turn up. Lack of apologies for this. Would not purchase again from this store

Great service and follow up. Staff knowledgeable and friendly. Store layout was interesting and easy to navigate. Very neat and clean

Looks really good, unhappy with delivery
I was really with the way the product looks and feels and they are wonderfully comfy. The issue that I had. Was that delivery men didn’t take away the cardboard boxes. They refused. Now I have 3 months worth of recycling cardboard sitting around the house, clogging the hallways and I can’t even appreciate my new furniture because my house is now a mess trying to store boxes and rubbish leftover from the deliverymen. I paid a delivery fee, i bought a lot of items, experienced delivery delays, I expected the cardboard and styrofoam to be taken away.

Looks great in my home, unfortunately not so comfy as my old sofa. Legs on sofa not a good fit, too loose.

Happy with the furniture, the delivery advised isn’t accurate!
I ordered furniture in in early Jan. I was advised delivery date would be mid Jan. When I left the store and was driving out of the shopping Centre I received a call that said it will be late Jan.
Late Jan - no delivery. Contacted to follow up. Advised mid Feb. Late Feb still nothing and no contact. Checked on the website which state they had stock for all my items!!!
Emailed customer service and was contacted next day to organise delivery.
Delivery people were friendly and happy with the actual furniture, just won’t buy again due to the above process.

Good product. Average customer service
Products were due in two months from purchase will ahead of Christmas (our intended time to use). Took five or six months to receive instead. No feedback from team on order updates and never called to tell us it had actually arrived after the six months. Lucky I was calling them once a month. Pickup seemed such a hassle from their warehouse. Can't do weekends, couldn't do Thursday or Friday, had to take a Wednesday off work. Overall it wasn't a great experience. Understand it had been a strange year but some communication wouldn't have gone astray.

Initial visit to store and Jeanette was extremely helpful.
problem came with late delivery and no communication of,
then subsequent phone contact rude, goods arrived, great product, but still boxed, We are in 70's had to unbox it move it? not easy! delivery guy apologetic. we will think about reuse of using this retailer in future.

Not easy to assemble
Quality wasn’t great when putting together, needed a drill not the Allen key provided, holes in furniture did not line up with feet supporting furniture. When together, does not line up perfectly

Very poor quality
I purchased the Tucker carved cabinet the quality of this cabinet was very poor.
There are cracks in the wood and the finishing is badly done with paint splatters on the wood overall the quality does not match the price.
In saying that the staff at Oz design are lovely great to deal with I was just really disappointed with the cabinet.
