I knew what I wanted unfortunately the 2 staff members were looking after other clients. I waited for 15min then decided that I would come back later. When I returned the staff were free and attended to me quickly and efficiently. The product is great.

We recently purchased the Abbey Buffet for our home. We had ours made with solid wood feet. The buffet is well made and gorgeous to look at providing a great focal point in our dining room. The only thing is the catches are a bit flimsy and our son has broken one already. Fixed with a bit of glue, but not ideal. A bit of a shame as Otherwise this is a superb piece of furniture. Otherwise I would gave given this 5 stars
The service at Oz design was great and the buffet arrived when they said it would.

High quality furniture with reasonable price. And the store staff were very helpful too. Delivery was faster than planned, so it was a very happy experience overall. I definitely recommend.

We were looking for a smaller dining table and found a great one. Just the size we wanted and the quality was fantastic - plus the price was in our range. Unfortunately, we couldn't find dining chairs to match the table - so had to go elsewhere. Would suggest that you look at matching sets.

No issue with store and range of products. I purchased amongst other items a console table off the floor acknowledging as is condition. The unit was fully intact. When it was delivered the console was effectively in three pieces with screws and dowls missing. Not impressed - this was not the condition I purchased it.

The staff were delightful we had a problem with our furniture being sold already but Fiona bent over backwards to sort the problem out . Win win. Delivered and very comfortable

Lovely furniture in shop. Staff service adequate. Love my two items although new buffet has some damage (tiny but shouldnt be there given brand new & expensive) .. so disappointed in that. Delivery staff excellent

We purchased a Black Leather Lounge. It is perfect for our new bedsitter and we absolutely love it. The service was excellent. The store itself is a show room and a pleasure to view furniture and accessories. Happily had the delivery people bring it to us.

Rebecca a customer care representative from Oz Design Furniture office was prompt, courteous and helpful with a repair of our Willow chair. It was a pleasure for us to deal with Rebecca and she was amazing with her level of service and communication. Even though the solution was not fixed on the first try, Rebecca continued to support us until it was. This is a company that looks after its customers post purchase and Rebecca is a delight to deal with.

Store is well laid out, large range of products displayed and easy to navigate. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent service. Very satisfied with the item we purchased. Delivery was exceptional - professional and polite.

We ordered 2 chairs from the manager Fiona and agreed with her to get 2 matching ones from Sydney. Instead she sent us mismatched floor stock and 1 from sydney.

Finding the product in store was reasonably easy and the range covered the type of items what we were looking for. Slightly disappointed with the delivered product finish. Assembly was not required.
