I loved everything in the store. The staff were helpful. Our coffee table arrived on time.
The only issue was the assembly. We were told it would be easy but it was super hard. I couldn’t do it by myself and I had to ask for help from friends. Next time I want to buy anything I may not consider Oz Design although I love my table and everything else was good.

Ordered a Glass Table off you but it had quiet a few scratches on the wooden base which upset us a bit, I have not unpacked it all yet. I hope there is no more damage.

Found what I wanted, range good.
Product is good. Assembly was minimum, but always a pain.
Need a trip to the dump to get rid of the cardboard. This should be unpacked.

Misleading discount offer signs in store. Found this annoying and concerning.
Given misinformation about availability and delivery. Expecting delivery following week but had to wait longer. Reasons given for this were not in line with commitment to customers and customer service.
Had purchased other furniture recently and purchases were unpacked for us and packaging removed. We were left in this instance to desk with this ourselves.
Generally very average experience

In store purchase with Amy was very good; she communicated all information needed very well; we picked up from MacGregor store
