Store was laid out very well and had a lot of furniture to chose from with different sizes and colours

The store is beautiful and the Australian made furniture is top quality. My sofa bed is perfect a d the fabric choice was great.

The furniture on display in the store at Marion gave us a broad spectrum of examples of dinning chairs we were looking for. Having made the order we were kept abreast of delayed delivery due to covid 19. Once our order was delivered to the store we were immediately notified.

After receiving poor service from Gepps Cross store ended up buying from Marion; the two shopping experiences were like chalk & cheese. Thank you Trish for your superlative, 'nothing is too much trouble' customer service! After looking at hundreds of dining sets decided Oz Design furniture had largest selection of dining furniture in Adelaide & many which I found most aesthetically appealing. The dining set I ended up purchasing was of very good quality. I constructed this myself, did swear a little constructing the Padma table & needed help with lifting the heavy glass table top. Surry dining chairs came pre-constructed which was brilliant.

I love the furniture in Oz furniture! Staff are always friendly and helpful. However, I do think that anything over a $1000 should be free delivery.

I found it a nicely laid out store, great product range.

Store is easy to navigate and very well laid out and presented. We enjoyed wandering around looking at the furniture and different layouts. Well priced and good quality.

Looks great in my home, unfortunately not so comfy as my old sofa. Legs on sofa not a good fit, too loose.

Bought 4 dining chairs. They weren't available and had to be ordered in. It took about 6 weeks but when they arrived, the guy put them together for us so we didn't have to. He was really helpful and we're really happy with the chairs.

store was easy to navigate and we found what we were looking for easily. A heap of different products and styles all built very well and solid which is what we were after. Loved the 4 Hampton pieces we purchased and are enjoying them at the moment.

I love the store alot of great pieces and not too $$$ there isnt alot of good furniture stores in the mid range, they are either very cheap or very pricey. It would be great if there was an in home styling service to help choose items (like at freedom) or some kind of app where you can see what items work in your space. I find furniture shopping very stressful.

We found the coffee table that we wanted and we were told it was in their warehouse so we should have it in 3 weeks. After a month we had heard nothing so I rang the store. They said it was on its way and we would hear in a couple of days, which we did, but then they rang back to say the table top had arrived but not the legs which come separately. They said they would chase it up, but about 10 days later we still had heard nothing so I rang again. I was told they would chase it up but a week later still no call to update us. Finally after 2 mo...

The salesperson was very helpful. They arrived earlier than we had anticipated. The chairs were even more impressive than in the store. We are looking forward to enjoying dining in them for many years.

Having been in this store many times, I have had Holly take care of me each and every time. Nothing was too hard from getting stock at the back to ordering items in and also selling me floor stock. It’s service like this that makes me keep coming back. It’s her smile and easy going nature that’s the best.
