The Product we received was faulty and we are waiting for a replacement, said it would be around 2 weeks

Looks great in my home, unfortunately not so comfy as my old sofa. Legs on sofa not a good fit, too loose.

Great selection of furniture and lovely styling of products in showroom. Good quality furniture and helpful staff. Assembly of bar stools and dining chairs was far more time consuming than expected.

No problem with the store or the staff. Very friendly and helpful. Ordered 2 two seater sofas and a chair, in July. Was told that the sofas were in stock, but we would have to wait 12 weeks for the chair. We were going to wait and get everything at once but after being asked if we wanted the sofas we accepted. Only one arrived. Made a call and was told there had been a stuff up. Waited another four weeks for the second sofa. Also got another call saying the chair would be further delayed to mid December. July to December to get a new suite, in other words, don't buy sofas from Oz Design unless you are very, very patient.

My order was significantly delayed due to COVID, which is understandable. When it did arrive and I unpacked it at home the powder coating on the legs was cracked and peeling off in large chunks. It looked as though no primer had been applied. After receiving incorrect email address from Customer service on the phone, I decided to return to the store. The staff in store were fantastic, however there is a limit of $400 a day for returns, which in a furniture store is ridiculous! They called Westpac, however there were no managers in the store authorised to make the increase and so refund could not be processed until the following day. A very disappointing experience.

I bought the Lennon entertainment unit. The timber is quite plain compared to the display unit which had a beautiful dark grain running through it. The unit I received almost looks like a different timber (comparison photo attached) so I’m a little disappointed but I understand the natural variation in timber and it’s still a nice unit overall. Price reasonable. Very long wait time due to COVID-19 but communication was good about this. Delivery arrived when specified and unit came fully assembled. I’ve had mixed customer service in the store in the past but the person who organised this unit was very friendly and helpful. The store has lots of options and is set up well.

Furniture took twice as long as expected to arrive. No communication. Premium Delivery service was terrible - a waste of $140. Furniture was not what we ordered. Lodged a convoluted complaint process to request return and refund. Given 48 hour timeframe for response. Still no reply eight days later despite following up twice. The only positive in dealing with this company was the in Store service. Once they had our money every aspect of the service was shocking. They have retained over $5,000 of our money for 4 months now and still no acceptable furniture, no money to purchase elsewhere. So disappointed. Will only shop online from now on.

not satisfied with quality not finished off inside drawers also outside is not what i would actual buy if i was sighting actual item also no instructions on assembly could not locate legs that were underneath and out of sight on heavy piece of furniture

I bought a couch from OZ Design at Marion and I was told it would take no longer than 4 weeks to be delivered "but more likely only 2 or 3 weeks", in reality it took almost 12 weeks to arrive.
