Store is easy to navigate and very well laid out and presented. We enjoyed wandering around looking at the furniture and different layouts. Well priced and good quality.

Bought 3 pieces of the Elton range which where perfect for our requirements. We fell lucky on two fronts. Sale time, plus store where in process of changing stock. This included the pieces we desired. Made a reasonable offer, well under RRP which was agreed to. Happy days.

I love the service from all staff they are very friendly and helpful. I am very happy with my purchases and will continue going back for more. The store is great highly recommend and most of all Australian. Thanks to all the staff for making my experience pleasurable.

My order was significantly delayed due to COVID, which is understandable. When it did arrive and I unpacked it at home the powder coating on the legs was cracked and peeling off in large chunks. It looked as though no primer had been applied. After receiving incorrect email address from Customer service on the phone, I decided to return to the store. The staff in store were fantastic, however there is a limit of $400 a day for returns, which in a furniture store is ridiculous! They called Westpac, however there were no managers in the store authorised to make the increase and so refund could not be processed until the following day. A very disappointing experience.

Ordered a chair to be made,and due to lockdown in Mel had a long wait.But store sent regular updates, and eventually it was ready. Very satisfied with product.Will certainly shop there again.

Great range of quality furniture. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable, store layout made it easy to compare and choose between different styles with its open plan layout.

Very informative staff who were extremely helpful with a great knowledge of product and availability. Product type and variants were wide and well presented. Also available quickly. Unlike the opposition which held no stock on hand and then charged a rediculous amount for delivery. (Nick Scali)!!!

Perfect product delivery was affected by COVID-19. Overall happy with rug, delivery and service. We loved the rug, price et al. Thanks to OzDesign staff for keeping us informed RE delivery etc over the COVID-19 impacted period.

Storeroom sales people were great, quality of products were very good.
Delivery was seamless.
Could not give 5 stars as one piece of furniture had the wrong legs on it and we are now awaiting the replacement legs.

I bought the Lennon entertainment unit. The timber is quite plain compared to the display unit which had a beautiful dark grain running through it. The unit I received almost looks like a different timber (comparison photo attached) so I’m a little disappointed but I understand the natural variation in timber and it’s still a nice unit overall. Price reasonable. Very long wait time due to COVID-19 but communication was good about this. Delivery arrived when specified and unit came fully assembled. I’ve had mixed customer service in the store in the past but the person who organised this unit was very friendly and helpful. The store has lots of options and is set up well.

Perfect sized table for our dining room. Was hard to find a round table that suited out needs, but Oz Design were great, good advice and great service friendly staff, definitely buying from there again. Thanks.

Assembly of the dinning table was a breeze.

Furniture took twice as long as expected to arrive. No communication. Premium Delivery service was terrible - a waste of $140. Furniture was not what we ordered. Lodged a convoluted complaint process to request return and refund. Given 48 hour timeframe for response. Still no reply eight days later despite following up twice. The only positive in dealing with this company was the in Store service. Once they had our money every aspect of the service was shocking. They have retained over $5,000 of our money for 4 months now and still no acceptable furniture, no money to purchase elsewhere. So disappointed. Will only shop online from now on.

The store is beautifully laid out and it makes it so easy to fall in love with every item. There is such a huge range of stunning peices. We love ours!
