After receiving poor service from Gepps Cross store ended up buying from Marion; the two shopping experiences were like chalk & cheese. Thank you Trish for your superlative, 'nothing is too much trouble' customer service! After looking at hundreds of dining sets decided Oz Design furniture had largest selection of dining furniture in Adelaide & many which I found most aesthetically appealing. The dining set I ended up purchasing was of very good quality. I constructed this myself, did swear a little constructing the Padma table & needed help with lifting the heavy glass table top. Surry dining chairs came pre-constructed which was brilliant.

I love the furniture in Oz furniture! Staff are always friendly and helpful. However, I do think that anything over a $1000 should be free delivery.

Looks great in my home, unfortunately not so comfy as my old sofa. Legs on sofa not a good fit, too loose.

Bought 4 dining chairs. They weren't available and had to be ordered in. It took about 6 weeks but when they arrived, the guy put them together for us so we didn't have to. He was really helpful and we're really happy with the chairs.

store was easy to navigate and we found what we were looking for easily. A heap of different products and styles all built very well and solid which is what we were after. Loved the 4 Hampton pieces we purchased and are enjoying them at the moment.

Store layout was easy to move around in - no crowded corners. Prices were clear and very attractive. Products were unique and quality was apparent.

4months for table to arrive. Communication could be better as we had to chase what was happening. Delivery was poor

Great selection of furniture and lovely styling of products in showroom. Good quality furniture and helpful staff. Assembly of bar stools and dining chairs was far more time consuming than expected.

Purchased the cushion in store and the matching throw online in the same colour. Love the quality of the linen and it's beautiful colour. Very helpful in-store and online.

No problem with the store or the staff. Very friendly and helpful. Ordered 2 two seater sofas and a chair, in July. Was told that the sofas were in stock, but we would have to wait 12 weeks for the chair. We were going to wait and get everything at once but after being asked if we wanted the sofas we accepted. Only one arrived. Made a call and was told there had been a stuff up. Waited another four weeks for the second sofa. Also got another call saying the chair would be further delayed to mid December. July to December to get a new suite, in other words, don't buy sofas from Oz Design unless you are very, very patient.

Our Lennon buffet took a COVID while to arrive but staff at Oz Design at Marion kept us informed along the way. It is a stunning piece of contemporary yet classic furniture that fits perfectly in our living room. Well made in Australian hardwood, it has plenty of storage space. It was worth the wait and we are very happy with it. Great product and the service was first class. Thankyou.

I love the mirror I purchased . It was available from interstate and arrived in the promised 10 days . The delivery service was excellent !

Beautiful store that has a very neat layout with great range of products. The store provides very good quality products for reasonable prices. Joel was very helpful in answering our questions and submitting my order for leather furniture (Jefferson couches, Conway chair). Upon delivery, I only had to unpack the furniture from packaging (plastic and cardboard) and screw in the legs, which was very easy, despite no instructions provided.

Some issues with assembling the chairs - diagram listed reference letters beside the fixings, but blister packs did not have letters. Chair arms were awkward to fit. No extra fixings supplied.

Loved the print when I saw it in store. Waited to purchase it as building a new home. Went in store and purchased it without a problem. When it arrived Joel helped me get it into my car. Very nice person. Thank you.

I found the staff very helpful and accommodating. Love my barstools which arrived quickly and easy to put together and people have commented on how comfortable they are to sit on. My huge mirror is a wow feature in our entry and love everything else we have purchased. Thankyou for the professional service we received at Marion store.
