store was beautifully organised, range of products pleasing, store staff did not interrupt my browsing, but were attentive when I sought information.

We found the store layout well themed and the wide range of optional styles led us easily to our best choice. We feel that the quality of our purchases were very good value for money - with many friends commenting on how expensive the furniture looks! Our room has been transformed with the new look furniture. If we had been aware of the opportunity to pay more for delivery to cover assembly and removal of packaging we would have happily taken it up. In saying that, we managed to assemble ourselves without too much effort.

Delivered units were on time but faulty. Oz Design offered to replace with new units but pointed out delayed delivery. Came to an agreement with them with a win/win situation where they were happy and I was compensated. All staff were extremely friendly, concerned and willing to go that extra step to resolve the problem. Well done Oz Design Furniture

Staff were very helpful and assisted with dismantle of table as it was floor stock. Easy to put back together.

Service, product selection options and purchase procedure were all outstanding. couldn't be happier. Had no problems assembling both chairs. All good.

The staff member we dealt with was extremely friendly ( great coffee )
and did not pressure in any way.

I had bought beautiful artwork from this store previously, so when it came time to buy a new lounge suite I knew where I wanted to look first. We found the perfect leather lounge in a lovely colour with recliner and chaise. Best of all it was on sale. I ordered a dining table which I had my eye on for a while. The furniture came when they said it would. Was easy to assemble. We had trouble with one chair (our fault), so we called the store and they sent someone round who fixed it in seconds! After receiving poor service from Gepps Cross store ended up buying from Marion; the two shopping experiences were like chalk & cheese. Thank you Trish for your superlative, 'nothing is too much trouble' customer service! After looking at hundreds of dining sets decided Oz Design furniture had largest selection of dining furniture in Adelaide & many which I found most aesthetically appealing. The dining set I ended up purchasing was of very good quality. I constructed this myself, did swear a little constructing the Padma table & needed help with lifting the heavy glass table top. Surry dining chairs came pre-constructed which was brilliant.

I love the furniture in Oz furniture! Staff are always friendly and helpful. However, I do think that anything over a $1000 should be free delivery.

Looks great in my home, unfortunately not so comfy as my old sofa. Legs on sofa not a good fit, too loose.

Bought 4 dining chairs. They weren't available and had to be ordered in. It took about 6 weeks but when they arrived, the guy put them together for us so we didn't have to. He was really helpful and we're really happy with the chairs.

store was easy to navigate and we found what we were looking for easily. A heap of different products and styles all built very well and solid which is what we were after. Loved the 4 Hampton pieces we purchased and are enjoying them at the moment.
