My order was significantly delayed due to COVID, which is understandable. When it did arrive and I unpacked it at home the powder coating on the legs was cracked and peeling off in large chunks. It looked as though no primer had been applied. After receiving incorrect email address from Customer service on the phone, I decided to return to the store. The staff in store were fantastic, however there is a limit of $400 a day for returns, which in a furniture store is ridiculous! They called Westpac, however there were no managers in the store authorised to make the increase and so refund could not be processed until the following day. A very disappointing experience.

I bought many items for my new apartment in May. Stitching is coming undone on my hardly used lounge suite, the console table is cracking and the hardly used rattan seat dining chairs are losing the black colour revealing yellow underneath. OzDesign will replace the lounge cover and nothing else. Please shop elsewhere.
I brought a lounge from them, due to covid, it wasn’t due to be finished anytime soon. The manufacturer gave my deposit back, but oz design refused to refund it. I was made to spend the $700 in there store on things I was no I love not wanting due to having a ‘store credit’. I will definitely not recommend them to anyone! Also will be telling many of my friends who are buying furniture to stay away from the money hungry place!

DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM HERE - terrible service and quality
Furniture took twice as long as expected to arrive. No communication. Premium Delivery service was terrible - a waste of $140. Furniture was not what we ordered. Lodged a convoluted complaint process to request return and refund. Given 48 hour timeframe for response. Still no reply eight days later despite following up twice. The only positive in dealing with this company was the in Store service. Once they had our money every aspect of the service was shocking. They have retained over $5,000 of our money for 4 months now and still no acceptable furniture, no money to purchase elsewhere. So disappointed. Will only shop online from now on.
Excellent customer service by staff at Oz Design Marion SA and Customer Care
I purchased a dining table from the newly opened Oz Design store in Marion, SA.
The store is roomy, with good layout and the furniture well presented.
The staff on the floor are friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about their product which was a welcoming delight for me as the customer.
The initial table that was delivered needed to be exchanged for another which was arranged without any issues - the after purchase and follow up service is the best that I have ever experienced.
I particularly would like to thank Ann and Joel from Oz Design Marion and Nazy and Monique from CustomerCare for their excellent customer service.
I will return.
