great service but shattered to have the furniture left at front of house although we were waiting at work for a call very sad

Store has plenty of range, clean and sales staff informative but not pushy. They were able to supply info regarding stock levels and accurate delivery time frames.
Products are great quality and the one item to put together was easy.

Love my sofas as does the dog. Great colour and really comfortable. Huge selection in the store. COVID-19 made things difficult

Store was easy to navigate, range of products was really good. Delivery was delayed twice due to COVID 19. Product was packaged beautifully but unfortunately was found to have deep scratches in metal legs when unpacked. Due to delays in having product delivered from overseas I decided I would just have to put up with the poor condition of the product rather than return due to damage

Store was laid out well with different themes, styles. Quality of product seems good . I didn’t have to assemble anything.

The staff at Bendigo were great. However given the price paid for our Tasmanian oak dining room furniture it was extremely disappointing that we needed to assemble the dining table legs to the table top. Had we known we would have purchased an original table from a local craftsman.

The staff provided great service in store and were clear about delivery times. The delivery team were fantastic and could not of been more helpful The lounge actually arrived a couple of weeks earlier than predicted

service at the start was a little slow but once served, the staff & their help in ordering & pricing was fantastic. I needed to order 3 stools in the sale & the discounted price was given without asking. Also the stock in store is absolutely beautiful.

We love the designs of your store. But the delivery date is too long . We ordered on November, till now still waiting for some furnitures. And what’s we got , there’s a little quality problems.

The Bendigo store was easy to locate and the staff extremely helpful. Selection of sofas was excellent and made in Australia. Quality appears to first grade. Fabric selection excellent and staff member assisted in our selection with great suggestions. Overall a great experience.

Goods damaged on arrival - perhaps thy should be checked more thoroughly prior to dispatch.
replacement ordered but time delay - no compensation offered for inconvenience.
No reflection on courteous store staff -most helpful

If I had seen this product in store I may not of Purchased this bedroom suite ... the delivery of the bedroom suite was excellent but I was not happy that the mirror was able to go on the dresser and the left hand corner of the mirror was poorly made and not to mention the right hand side of the bed frame is miss white paint

The staff were wonderful and very helpful when choosing the furniture for our new home. We did have a delay on the dining table and chairs but they have now arrived and fit perfectly.
