The product took around 8 weeks to arrive I believe but that was ok
Paid the extra $150 for delivery and install. Very efficient fellow. [name removed] pointed out a stain on the Chase that he attempted to remove with spot cleaner after he said it had been wrapped up like this but to no avail. Contacted the store and spoke to [name removed] who advised she would check photo and advise
She rang the next day to say they would collect the cushion and get the stain removed to which I advised that wasn't good enough as I had just waited 8 weeks and ...

We love the designs of your store. But the delivery date is too long . We ordered on November, till now still waiting for some furnitures. And what’s we got , there’s a little quality problems.
