I only wanted this particular product and although out of stock the sales team were able to meet quick turnaround for me which was great

The store was easy to navigate and the brochure helpful. The sales staff were outstanding in meeting our many requests. Have not received furniture as yet so can't comment as yet about quality.

great service but shattered to have the furniture left at front of house although we were waiting at work for a call very sad

I went into store twice before choosing my lounge, and each time staff were fantastic in helping choose a lounge to suit my taste, design and budget. When I did order, I was advised 10-11 weeks, so very pleased to get a call after 9 weeks. The great service continued with staff being very accommodating with a time to go to warehouse to collect my new lounge....which I LOVE. Was also pleasing to have a large choice of Australian made furniture.

After nearly 10 months of covid restrictions and a frail husband I was really pleased to find a piece of furniture that was just what I wanted. Getting exact measurements was an enormous help. The service I received was friendly, practical and helpful. Thank you.

Store has plenty of range, clean and sales staff informative but not pushy. They were able to supply info regarding stock levels and accurate delivery time frames.
Products are great quality and the one item to put together was easy.

Love my sofas as does the dog. Great colour and really comfortable. Huge selection in the store. COVID-19 made things difficult

Store was easy to navigate, range of products was really good. Delivery was delayed twice due to COVID 19. Product was packaged beautifully but unfortunately was found to have deep scratches in metal legs when unpacked. Due to delays in having product delivered from overseas I decided I would just have to put up with the poor condition of the product rather than return due to damage

Love my beautiful Hampton range furniture that much I've order another piece. Ange & staff at Bendigo were lovely to deal with. Ange provided me with the brochure which was exceptionally helpful with all measurements on pictured items. My first order of two furniture pieces arrived early and looked terrific I ordered another two furniture pieces. Has really refreshed my home. I just love it. Store was laid out well with different themes, styles. Quality of product seems good . I didn’t have to assemble anything.

The staff at Bendigo were great. However given the price paid for our Tasmanian oak dining room furniture it was extremely disappointing that we needed to assemble the dining table legs to the table top. Had we known we would have purchased an original table from a local craftsman.

We found the staff very friendly and helpful as we needed to order some things in, and it was quick and easy.
I’m so satisfied with the products I ordered they are perfect.

Great product but the service I received from Nola was amazing. Incredible product knowledge, friendly and showed different options and price points. Highly recommend
