The ladies were extremely helpful and I was able to get quotes go away and think about it, then order the couch I wanted and pay over the phone. The couch came quickly and the delivery system was easy as well. Very happy with the service and range at the Bendigo store.

Fantastic chairs, easy to find, order and pick up. Staff were friendly and helpful at both the store and depot in these trying times. My chairs are comfortable and stylish.

Kylie was awesome as I couldn’t come into the store. I sent her photos of our lounge room. She sent me back a couple of options. I chose the first one she suggested & it works perfectly in the room. Excellent service thank you!

The product took around 8 weeks to arrive I believe but that was ok
Paid the extra $150 for delivery and install. Very efficient fellow. [name removed] pointed out a stain on the Chase that he attempted to remove with spot cleaner after he said it had been wrapped up like this but to no avail. Contacted the store and spoke to [name removed] who advised she would check photo and advise
She rang the next day to say they would collect the cushion and get the stain removed to which I advised that wasn't good enough as I had just waited 8 weeks and ...

Love the store layout and thrange of furniture. Very reasonable prices. Tub chair is super comfy. So pleased sales person helped with the choice of fabric- parrot fabric makes a statement. Pickup was easy

Store very nicely set put, excellent range for the home shopper, love my vase.. The staff were very friendly, courteous, knew their products and understood what I was looking for

Within seconds of walking into the store I was blown away with the quality of product and fell in love with most pieces. There was a large variety of sideboards but eventually we settled on one. The workmanship on the product is exceptional and it will be a forever piece in our home. The service both during the sale and after has been outstanding and I will shop here again!
