The shop assistant was incredibly helpful, but not pushy. She went out of her way to meet my specific needs and our leather lounge suite was delivered as promised within 2 weeks. The delivery was spot on too. I couldn't be happier!

Navigation of the store very good. Displays were attractive and a good range of styles and colours.
The quality was excellent.
No need to assemble products.

Customer service was polite and helpful most of the time. At other times it seemed it was an inconvenience to answer a query......

Range of products is great, store is well set out and the staff were friendly and helpful. The couch we have received is perfect, great colour and very comfortable. Can't comment on quality because we have only had it about a week. We are still waiting on our dining table, 7 months and 2 delay notifications later we're hoping it won't be far away.

Firstly love my lounge suit but, ordered it in July and got it in January.
Rang in august to get an ETA and was told they sold it, don't know why they didn't tell us soner. Ordered another told it will be in around September, then November, then December and finally in January. Understand Covid was an issue but think this was more than that.

Our main problem is the operation of the article to convert it into a bed. We may be in touch with our local supplier

Very pleased with our final choice of a hifi cabinet, and it was great to have a good variety from which to select.
The store completely repacked an off the floor cabinet for us, and had everything ready for us to drive in and pick up.

The Porto series furniture is really good. And the custom care is quite professional and prompt. Would come back for more.

Staff were very helpful. The Abbey dining table is excellent quality, Australian made and looks magnificent. The chairs are solid and comfortable. The delivery men were a pleasure to deal with. Overall a pleasant shopping experience.

The store was easy to navigate. We went in looking for a table that wasn’t in stock and ended up with another style that is actually a perfect fit for our house.

I was pleasantly surprised on my first visit to Oz Design Furniture. The multiple ‘mock’ room layouts within the store provided many choices, looks & styles. I found it easier to imagine & select the furniture for my space. The quality of the furniture available is impressive, modern & solidly built. I purchased two beautiful sofas, they were delivered in boxes which included simple instructions of how to put the legs on.

We found our table on display in store and immediately knew it was the one we were looking for. It was even better we could get it in the 3m length we required. There was a small wait for our table to be made sure to restriction in Melbourne but worked perfectly with our building completion date.
The quality of our dining table is incredible, slightly different colour than was on display, which happens with wood but we are beyond happy with our purchase.
Assembly was easy enough although the table is extremely heavy.

On entry to the storethe staff were extremly helpful and offered the best price and additional extras that were required. The couch is so beautiful and it looks fantastic exactly what I pictured and extreamly comfortable. however when it was delivered the guys damaged my front door.

We recently purchased two new Turner recliner chairs and Ottomans. Had never visited the store before but found it great to navigate and service available when needed. Tarryn assisted us in purchasing these and found her very helpful and we were kept informed re arrival and pickup. Asaresult I returned two days later and purchased another large item. Very pleased so far.

Great store layout. Variety abundant within store. The quality of our product is excellent. The assembly has been fine. Satisfaction all round.

The store and staff were fabulous. But told the items were in stock but were not, and we had to wait 3 months for the tv unit and lamp table to be delivered. When they were delivered my husband had to screw the top of the tv unit to the base as it wasn't built properly... this was extremely disappointing. Ill probably never shop at OZ Design again.
