Store were very helpful at time of purchase even though my product was delayed they kept me informed. Very happy with the quality of the furniture!

I completed initial research on the OZdesign website, then visited the Tuggerah store to confirm my selections. I switched my choice of chairs after seeing the options. Easy to navigate both online store and physical store. Products ordered and deposit paid. Initial delivery was estimated at 6 weeks, but products took 3 months. Regular phone calls from the store were received to keep me updated of anticipated delivery. Very happy with my new dining suite.

I ordered items 3 months ago and only 1 item has been delivered. I asked for a refund for non delivery and was told I could only get a store credit!
Quality of product very average.
Would not shop online or in store ever again. 4th month and still no delivery on outstanding items!!

Very pleased with our final choice of a hifi cabinet, and it was great to have a good variety from which to select.
The store completely repacked an off the floor cabinet for us, and had everything ready for us to drive in and pick up.

I called the store about the item I wanted, they advised it wasn’t in stock but had an order arriving next week and would put my name down for one. They promptly called me once it arrived and I arranged payment and collected the following week when I returned from holidays!

Not really satisfied with the fleur side table I purchased as it comes damaged, sides are cracked and splintered. Overall experience is average.
