Having been in this store many times, I have had Holly take care of me each and every time. Nothing was too hard from getting stock at the back to ordering items in and also selling me floor stock. It’s service like this that makes me keep coming back. It’s her smile and easy going nature that’s the best.

, Oz Design is my go to store to buy quality furniture at a good price, but also a store I like to walk thru as I love to see everything you have on display. . Your range is great, you can see the quality, and the service is always exemplary, Stephanie looked after me really well. I have not had to assemble any product so cannot comment.

Staff very helpful when purchasing items. Then communication was not very good while waiting for my items to arrive. I purchased $8000 worth of furniture and it took almost 5months to get it (not good enough) finally received items and the dining table had a dent in it and we were told that’s acceptable damage as it’s in the under side of the table. I’m sorry, when you pay $1800 for a table, it should have no damage. Not happy!

I will not deal with a business that will not allow cancellation when they cannot meet they're obligations and think it's acceptable to take a 30% admin fee when and if cancelling an order at the customers request. It is a reprehensible action !

We were satisfied with the store personnel, and we're happy with the goods.
However, the delivery date was postponed a couple of times and we ended receiving the goods almost 6 months after the order was placed.
Further, your delivery men were rather uncooperative - lacking in customer service.

Went in wanting a round table 120cm -came out with the table, nest of tables and a coffee table!!!! Were able to see different colour selections and other items in a different range to compare quality. Table was assembled on site for us. Packaging was left for us to dispose which would have been better to be taken away

Enjoyed my shopping experience with Oz design. Plenty of choices for lounge styles. Love my coffee table and side table. The service I received was 5 stars, the owner went over and above to assist me with change of mind and followed up to see if I was happy

Good service in the store made our purchase easy. We did assemble the furniture ourselves but had no problems. We found plenty of choice in store and enjoy the shopping in store instead of online.

I love the set up of this shop as they have beautiful displays of the funiture so it’s easy to imagine how it would look in your home As soon as I saw the Sanur Chair and table I knew it’s exactly what I was after I wanted a look to go with my Boho type style The girls were fantastic at the store and I was able to pay my items off Will definitely be back to shop here again

Ordered on line was very easy way to shop as I knew what I needed & it was great oz design had just what I was looking for.( and was on sale!) Great customer service though I do enjoy shopping in store always well displayed items.
