Waited 4 months won't shop again no contact 1 email will buy from shops who have stock on floor .If the staff had indicated when I placed my order that it was not in stock would have cancelled

We are still waiting for part of our order. We never use this company again! The time it’s taking to receive our lounge is ridiculous. No updates along the way. We are the ones having to make contact for updates.

Easy ,easy, easy. Our salesperson was terrific. We needed a lounge, quick. The salesperson was quick with our order. Efficient. He gave us correct delivery dates. And we sit comfortably on it now.

I ordered this chair a couple months ago and was advised it would take a 8 weeks to come in. Timing was perfect, exactly as stated. The material is beautiful. The colour is perfect.
The chair is so good I will probably go back and purchase a matching footstool. I love going into the store and getting ideas for home. Thank you.

After spending some time in store choosing the type of furniture that suited, I placed an order and was told that the product would be delivered in approx. 6 weeks. After waiting and getting close to the delivery date, I had called to confirm that all was to be delivered as previously promised only then did I receive several email explaining there had been a delay in the shipment of my product. The product wasn't delivered until 4 MONTHS after the signing of the original order. When the product was finally delivered it was found to be Faulty an...

We knew whereabouts of the store; the range of lounges and fabrics was very extensive. We are more than satisfied with both products, very comfortable, lovely fabric. No problem putting legs on chair.
Having to wait such a long time for the products’ delivery was a bit frustrating, particularly as it was manufactured in Melbourne. Overall though a good result.
Ahn was extremely helpful in store.

We bought 12 chairs. When we picked them up after driving 1 1/4 hrs, the pickup labels were correct but when we got home two of the chairs were the wrong ones. We returned to pick-up the correct chairs.

Purchased leather dining chairs on sale in November not delivered until February due to Covid. Extremely happy with the design, quality and comfort of the chairs.

Searched for many months both online and in stores for the perfect coffee table set for our beachside retreat. Finally found a unique design at OzDesign, and although we had to wait a couple of months after placing the order it was well worth the wait.

Store looks great and sales assistant on the day was very helpful with my quote. Purchased over the phone later that day. Was very easy. Unfortunately the furniture took a very long time to arrive. But worst of all the store was very poor at returning calls and responding to emails. I didn't get a call back when they said they would. And I didn't get a response to my email when I asked for clarification of my order's arrival and queried shipping. Because of this, delivery was delayed by another 2 weeks when I had already waited over 3 months for my furniture.

After having viewed the pieces in store previously I was easily able to find what I wanted & order online.
Delivery was super quick too, I ordered on a Saturday & it was all delivered by the next Saturday.
LOVE LOVE LOVE the Hamptons Range, I have the hall table/console + the buffet and the quality of the products is amazing.

It was the first time that I bough furniture without actually having seen it upfront, so I was very curious what the quality will be like. After a couple of weeks (I knew about the long wait time), I was able to pick up my bench and I love it. Great materials, really well assembled and definitely what was shown on the pictures!

The furniture is beautifully made and arrived exactly when we were told it would. The staff in the Fortitude Valley store were very accommodating particularly when changing our order and the customer service / claims team were fantastic in resolving a slight issue with one of the pieces. We are very happy - we have some beautiful furniture that feels and looks like it will stand the test of time.

Store layout was easy to move around in - no crowded corners. Prices were clear and very attractive. Products were unique and quality was apparent.

Fantastic service in store, staff took the time to go over several tables so we could choose the most suitable one for our needs.
The table arrived without damage, easy to put together, the quality of the table and legs were high quality and I would highly recommend it.

We purchased two prints and we are very happy with them and the service in the shop and communication when they were ready to be picked up. Looking forward to the rest of our order arriving.

The Mornington store is always so nicely presented and the staff very welcoming, there certainly is a great range of products to choose from - the hardest decision is choosing one of all the wonderful options. Our TV cabinet came already assembled which was an added bonus. We love it and the quality is great too
