Delivery a little delayed relative to initial timetable, no doubt Covid related....blah.....blah....blah....blah to make up 20 words...seventeen words apparently so blah....blah....blah some more

It was quite easy to navigate the store and the staff were helpful in explaining how the various wall decorations could be combined.

Found the coffee table I had been looking for, in stock and easy pick up at rear of store. Did have to assemble myself which was easy enough to do but actually didn’t realise this until I went out back to pick it up. Sales person didn’t mention it.

Good furniture at a reasonable price. Packaged securely and easy to assemble. Arranging the delivery was a quick and easy process. Communication during delivery could be improved. Had to arrange another delivery date because they were not able to deliver at time that was initially confirmed for.

We love the products at the Gepps Cross Store and the young woman who served us was very helpful. We are very happy with the dining setting and sofa that we purchased. Unfortunately upon arrival two of the dining chairs were damaged and had to be replaced. This issue was handled efficiently by the store. Our only disappointment was that we had paid extra for assembly and removal of packaging but when the replacement chairs arrived we were left with a huge box to dispose of and this was difficult for us.

I was very disappointed the quality of the sofa, it is not great. the arms are not solid and dent in when you lean on them, it is like cardboard. The legs are not secure and swivel around. I regret making this purchase and already thinking about selling this and getting a good quality couch from a proper furniture maker. My previous Italian made couch was far superior even after 25 years.

Purchase was not in stock but was made available as soon as possible. Staff service was very good they were so professional.

Good quality furniture at good prices. Damage to 1 item, full replacement offered. Will buy more furniture again when neede

Very satisfied with service as most helpful staff and varied range of products - bought lounge Suites, lamp, print, vases all co-ordinating.

Overall happy with the quality of the framed canvas considering the price. They use a cheap vinyl over the frame which saves on costs. Couriers Please are used to freight and it took 4 weeks to arrive from Sydney to Gold Coast.

I was satisfied with my table, but just ashame their wasn’t one on the floor to view, ordered blind which was abit disappointing

I visited the store during a sale and saw lots of great furniture. The table I bought is beautiful. Solid and well made it was assembled by the delivery men. When I noticed a chip on the leg customer service very efficiently responded to my email with a very satisfactory solution. Love the product and very impressed with the companies customer service.

The staff at Fortitude Valley were very helpful while we selected our new dinning room furniture. Delivery came earlier than promised and the product is amazing. We are very happy with our purchases.

There was a great range of furniture to choose from. It did however take a long time to receive my purchase due to Covid. It was somewhat confusing on picking up my furniture from the warehouse and the lady at the Macgregor store was very abrupt asking if I had arranged to pick up. I did say that the Jindalee store had rung through. She went check and told me they had not. I thought this strange because I was standing in front of the Jindalee staff when they rang. The warehouse gentlemen were fantastic, very friendly and helpful.

Waited quite awhile for the lounge to come into stock. Not sure if the delay was due to purchasing online.
