Safer products for the little ones out there
We bought the 8ft trampoline as it looked suitable for young children and the website claimed that the product had.. "Effective and very safe overlapping enclosure system that is zipper free for longevity." and "Safety is our top priority - Our 8ft trampoline is made from very dense padding that completely covers both the high-performance springs and the robust frame for complete peace of mind."
The fact is that the overlapping enclosure design does not at all completely enclose the jumping area. It is extremely easy for a small child to craw...l and slip under the overlapping entry point and off the trampoline. Also the overlapping netting is not tightly overlapped but separated by the width of the padding approx 250mm.. again not fully enclosed and too easy for small children to get through and fall off. The website claim sounds like the overlapping zipper free design is safer than the zipper design but this is not the case. The claim about the padding is true it seems to completely cover the springs but nothing ties the padding down enough to prevent small children from easily lifting the padding which is quite loose and getting their hands caught in the springs. This trampoline cannot compare to our last 16ft round trampoline from a national sports retailer. Our previous trampoline had the safety wall netting inside the spring and padding area tightly fixed at the inside point of every spring making hand injuries practically impossible. Also the zipper entry point was completely enclosed and safe as apposed to the oztramps overlapping opened with gaps design. Oztramps claim of a 90 day peace of mind guarantee and great customer service is non existent. I raised these three main safety issues and got the run around with 7 back and forth emails and was finally told it would cost $250 to $260 to return. I was also told it would be better for me to sell privately via Local advert, Gumtree or ebay.
Purchased in November 2020 for A$821.00.

Good trampoline, terrible ladder
Trampoline is very well made, good bounce, and will last years, very good material used. Kids love it. One big issue is trampoline is rated to 200kg and the ladder is not, probably only good for 60kg, collapsed under my weight getting off, spent a week off work after dislocating my shoulder. Would suggest beefing up ladder clamps for older jumpers if planning to use this for fitness

Cheap quality, premium prices. ☹
Initially chose this brand because of weight rating, and promise of quality.
Sorely disappointed to find poor quality, bad design.
•The mat has a leftover/frill bit where it attaches to the springs, only it doesn't sit flat, instead it bunches up, so if it rains it holds water.
•The protective spring covers are a terrible design, lots of stitching that traps dirt and debris, it holds water and the material is prone to mould,
•The door buckles are awful, and after 2 months, they are already beginning to rust, (I also notice they don't app...
Great taking money not so good giving it back!
Product came quickly. Unfortunately after a change of mind we needed to return. Our trampoline was NEVER opened. Therefore perfect condition. When we needed to send it back we got told we would have to forfeit the postage cost which was more than half of the entire Amount $380. Reason being they were 'to busy to give us an account no'. Then once finally sent we waited 2 weeks, heard nothing, when we called
We were told they were to busy to check if our tramp had arrived. I had to call back. I left it a week. When I called again I was told

After 9 years of use our old 12ft cheapie trampoline needed replacing as the legs had rusted through. 2 of my kids are in their teens now so wanted a bigger trampoline. After reading good reviews we settled on a 14ft Oz Trampoline. The trampoline arrived promptly and was not difficult to put together. I noticed the springs are a lot shorter and smaller than our old trampoline and metal poles are thinner too. (I ordered the expensive NZ springs). When the trampoline was put together and the kids piled on for their first bounce the comments were ...immediately negative. "Its not very bouncy, I can't get very high", "it's really hard work" and "I like our old trampoline better." I was pretty upset to hear this after spending so much money. I hopped on it myself and sure enough, the bounciness is extremely poor. I don't think anyone is going to bother to use it, NOT happy.
Our mat continually had a black powder on it that got onto our kids and us when we used it. We figured it was the mat breaking down under the uv. After 18 months it split down the middle and is now unusable. We were very disappointed as we haven't been able to find another supplier with a mat to match the frame.
Apart from the mat it was fine
I ordered a 10ft trampoline. A week later I called to find out where my order was as the money hasn't come from my credit card. I was told they didn't get my order through their own system and that they now couldn't help me as they don't have any left.
I'm so disappointed that this company were so cold and rude after it was their system error. Very disappointed in their customer service.
Product arrived on time, quality is fine. Unfortunately it has very little bounce.
Less than half the bounce of the last trampoline. Our 6 year old doesn't use it much as
is such an effort to get any height. I have tried it to check and she
Is quiet right- no bounce. Very disappointed.
Quality was ok
Not bouncy- huge effort to get air
Sadly, not what I expected
Ordering was easy and the trampoline was delivered in a timely fashion, but sadly that is where Oz Trampolines stopped exceeding my expectations. The boxes were falling apart and we had to hunt for pieces and even go back to the freight depot to check that there were no pieces left behind - the packaging could certainly have been sturdier.
Then, the very first day it was set up, one of the springs stretched and wouldn't "spring" back to its previous shape. That, of course, made me very nervous - I have never had another spring do that in 15 ye...

Is an 8 foot model suitable for a couple of 10 year olds? Big enough? TIA!
I have a 6 foot l am assuming that it would but trampolines should be used individually for safety reasons as outlined in my instructions.
OZ T.Oz Trampolines
it would be ok but if you can consider the 10ft it would be better as weight capacity increases to 200kg from 150kg and more room for them to grow.
