Unsatisfactory shipping practices and policies, no customer service
I ordered a game more than 2 weeks ago. I was sent an email with an 'order number' but there is no tracking. I wanted to email them to ask for a tracking number so that I can find out when to expect my order, but they won't even let you contact them until you've waited for a longer time period (they have no email address and their 'contact us' box is not available). Their Australian address is a virtual, unattended address. On their website, they state that you have to wait 20 working days since they have dispatched it before you are *allowed* ...to ask where it is, apparently. They state they will not take action on any missing parcel unless it has been missing for 30 working days. That's 6 weeks! These ridiculous terms are only apparent once you have already placed your order and paid for it. I'm disappointed. I have no idea when my order will arrive, their online chat is unavailable, and their website will not allow me to access the 'contact us' box, presumably until I have waited the requisite 20 business days first. I don't think I want to put myself through this again. There are many more reliable retailers out there. I can't get over the number of 5 star reviews here and on trustpilot, where reviewers are providing ratings that their ordering process was seamless. Sure, it's easy to order, but it seems very difficult to actually receive your goods and there's no help available. People seem pretty keen to give a high rating based on ozgameshop just taking their order and charging for the (so far) untraceable goods. Update: My game arrived safely. But I can't change the rating of this review because it was genuinely so frustrating to not be given any avenues to contact them, and their auto-response to wait 20-30 working days before they will even interact with me was just so disappointing. My rating of 2 stars stands.
Happy will buy again from here ordered 3 switch games they arrived 17 days after dispatch to Australia (12 working days) not bad considering there is a pandemic on. Also received a $100 wine voucher

i dont usually write reviews but after seeing all the negative ones on here i was concerned about my order .... yeh it did take about 3 days for the order to be picked but after that my order arrived withing 4 days via aus post

Deceitful company avoid
Company does everything in their power to show they are based in Australia, when in reality they are based in the UK.
They do not send anything with tracking, so more than likely your parcel will get lost, which doesn’t bother them they will just process an insurance claim for you....after 45 days if you can even get in touch with them.
Once these issues were brought up with them they decide it’s a much better idea to place the onus on the customer as opposed to themselves for being deliberately misleading.
Do not purchase with them, you’re better off using a tracked service based in Australia, it’s not worth saving $10. To deal with such a rude abhorrent arrogant company full of liars.

Reasonable priced product. Shipping was ordered as express which I paid a surcharge however when package arrived 2 and a half weeks later appeared to be standard postage.
Deeply unimpressed with the poor level of delivery service offered. I placed an order for an in stock item on 20 January - it's yet to arrive on 8 February and the website says not to expect it at the earliest, before 11 Feb. Despite this nominating a local Melbourne address in Collins Street in the website, the company and supposedly, product, appears to be coming from the UK. There's no contact email, live chat is disabled during Australian business hours and the telephone help desk, despite appearing as a Australian number, keeps a UK timeline. No tracking service, no customer service, not good enough.
Paid for express delivery but arrived snail mail
The product arrived eventually by standard post despite me paying additional money for express delivery. Product quality is good but don’t waste your money paying for express delivery.
Simply not good enough
Very poor service. I order a lot of stuff from the UK. Generally service from UK retailers to Australia is excellent. However, this retailer falls well short of the mark in my experience. Two months of excuses about item needing to come from the "overflow wharehouse" (maybe that is code for being on backorder?). They probably deal with volume sales so most orders likely work out, but it's how retailers deal with stuff-ups that count. If a mistake has been made, be honest, apologise to the customer, issue a refund, and everyone moves on.
May as well be shut down
I ordered a teletubbie for my son, expected arrival date was the 21/12/20. Still didn't arrive for Christmas. His 1st birthday was 4th of Jan and it still didn't arrive for that. They won't even reply and of course there is no number to ring. Pathetic. Dont take peoples hard earned money, you wouldn't like someone to rip you or your family off Oz games.

Ordered an advent calendar on 23/11/20 with expected arrival date of 1/12/20. When I’ve checked it’s now 15/12/20. Well an advent calendar is pretty useless at this point and I have a disappointed kid. I will never order from them again and can’t even speak to anyone to cancel this order. I should have read reviews before ordering
The careful packing is appreciated
Thanks ozgameshop for always taking care packing the products you've sold me. Other stores don't always do this and I really noticed and appreciated it in my most recent delivery.

Was concerned when I seen all the bad reviews gotta say tho this was a great experience for me. Got something for Christmas on the 1st December and it only took 15 days to get to me! Even if it does come from uk that’s still super quick! Plus shipping was only $5 really can’t complain at that!! Plus great prices.. I will be purchasing from here again and again thank you! :)
Shipped by a slow moving floatation device
I'm never shopping on this site again. Paid express shipping and hasn't even been processed it's been 13 days and now received an email it will take almost a month. Unacceptable.
Don't be fooled!
Ordered item 26 Nov, thinking it was coming from Melbourne, due to reference to Melbourne and Aust Post, go figure! Even paid for Express Delivery - advised 5-8 working days. Silly me! Very crafty ploy. Only way to contact is through contact form, and IF they reply you get a copy and paste blurb about Royal Mail woes and how they are so upfront about their real location overseas, have to wait until 4th Jan to try and get money back. That's just great for Christmas! Beware people. Buying is easy but getting the item you paid for is very difficul...t and hasn't happened in my situation. Their facebook page has posts of unhappy people asking about the items they havent received! Lots of reviews seem to give them 5 stars for easy purchase, yes easy to pay, nothing else is easy. Save yourself some drama, dont do it. I wish i had read these reviews first!
So bad they could be considered a Scam
Ordered from these guys and order never turns up. Spoke to them numerous times to be told it's been delayed by Covid, give it more time. After nearly 2 months they said they would give me a refund. I will have to wait and see if I do get a refund. They have constantly been advertising Christmas gifts - but they can't actually deliver them on time. Company is based in the UK and they call themselves the Ozgameshop. Beware, you may never get your item and you certainly won't it in time unless you order at least 3 months in advance. It is also cheaper to go elsewhere, they are getting expensive.

Ordered a zippo lighter from here that never arrived and i told them that and i was told i had to wait 4 weeks as the Royal post wouldnt accept lost post till then . The problem is i live in Australia not England. So i waited and then contacted them again they wanted me to sign a form which i did then they said i had provided them the wrong address but the email confirmation states my address . They tried everything not to refund me so i had to contact paypal with all of the emails and finally 6 weeks later i got refunded. I warn everyone not to buy through this company they are scammers and fraudsters
Awful customer Service
The customer service for this website is awful. They did not respond to most of my emails. The only upside is that my products *finally* arrived. WILL NOT be using them again.
Like many others I purchased from these guys thinking I was ordering from Australia, they are saying it's clear they're UK based but based on how many others say they feel mislead that's obviously not true (they're called ozgameshop ffs). Like many other reviews I purchased express shipping thinking it was from Australia and would arrive fast but this wasn't true at all and with no tracking there's no way of telling how far away it is. Annoying company

Bought three boxes of duel overload yugioh cards and didn’t pull a single rare card. Had to have been resealed.

Shipping time took longer but arrived eventually, got very cheap pricing on some rackets. Company seems to be UK based which explains the longer shipping time. However, the pricing was very cheap for the product I bought (2x Yonex Voltric Lite) and was well worth the wait, considering I essentially got two for one.

Hi i received the order in excellent condition and faster than expected. But there’s s defect of the product which is not your fault. But i’m disappointed because when i tried to contact i just get failed capcha which is not existing
Recently tried to use your contact form on mobile and laptop but each time the send button is pressed it says the 'captcha failed'. There was no captcha. That makes it incredibly difficult to contact you and feeds into the belief that the company does not care about its customers, especially those in Australia.
If, by chance you do read this, here are my questions:
1. Do the watches come with batteries?
2. Are the prices in Australian dollars? This fact should be on every screen of the shop and at least in the cart screen.
3. Is the watch (Timex T46681) Australian stock?
Hoping you will exceed my low expectations and respond.
I wouldnt order from them as i never received my order. I cant tell you the details on their products . I just wouldn't buy from them again and no they dont care about customers at all
