No tracking number and unusually long delivery time
Super disappointed given their reputation for prompt dispatch and delivery, and my own (more impressive) experiences having purchased from them in the past.
I ordered a handful of games with express delivery. No tracking number was provided, and the items haven't arrived almost a week later, which is highly unusual for express domestic delivery.
At the exact same time that I ordered off Ozgameshop, I also ordered a game off a New Zealand based retailer, and that one has already arrived, plus I had tracking information the entire lifecycle. Se...veral packages I ordered off Amazon days later have arrived. Ozgameshop: -No tracking -No idea where my package is -Longer delivery times than the other domestic retailers I've purchased from, despite all being express post via Australia Post. Even an international delivery from NZ beat them. How is this possible?
Unsatisfactory shipping practices and policies, no customer service
I ordered a game more than 2 weeks ago. I was sent an email with an 'order number' but there is no tracking. I wanted to email them to ask for a tracking number so that I can find out when to expect my order, but they won't even let you contact them until you've waited for a longer time period (they have no email address and their 'contact us' box is not available). Their Australian address is a virtual, unattended address. On their website, they state that you have to wait 20 working days since they have dispatched it before you are *allowed* ...to ask where it is, apparently. They state they will not take action on any missing parcel unless it has been missing for 30 working days. That's 6 weeks! These ridiculous terms are only apparent once you have already placed your order and paid for it. I'm disappointed. I have no idea when my order will arrive, their online chat is unavailable, and their website will not allow me to access the 'contact us' box, presumably until I have waited the requisite 20 business days first. I don't think I want to put myself through this again. There are many more reliable retailers out there. I can't get over the number of 5 star reviews here and on trustpilot, where reviewers are providing ratings that their ordering process was seamless. Sure, it's easy to order, but it seems very difficult to actually receive your goods and there's no help available. People seem pretty keen to give a high rating based on ozgameshop just taking their order and charging for the (so far) untraceable goods. Update: My game arrived safely. But I can't change the rating of this review because it was genuinely so frustrating to not be given any avenues to contact them, and their auto-response to wait 20-30 working days before they will even interact with me was just so disappointing. My rating of 2 stars stands.

Paid for express delivery but arrived snail mail
The product arrived eventually by standard post despite me paying additional money for express delivery. Product quality is good but don’t waste your money paying for express delivery.
Awful customer Service
The customer service for this website is awful. They did not respond to most of my emails. The only upside is that my products *finally* arrived. WILL NOT be using them again.
Extremely late delivery
I chose express post and my item arrived 13 days after I ordered it. The package had no sign of express post labelling and they could not provide me with tracking information even though all express post services from auspost come with tracking data. The product was what i was after but i should’ve ordered elsewhere because the service was very disappointing.
Misleading website and practices - not based in Australia, incredibly slow delivery and no Aus support
The website gives the impression that this company is Australia (Victoria / Melbourne) based. To reinforce this, the current warning at the top of the web page about COVID impacted delivery times references Australia Post.
In fact, it is UK based and they use a cheap delivery service so even if you choose the 'Express' service at checkout your order will take 2-3 weeks at a minimum. My order was delivered after 3 weeks when I was expecting it in a few days - even a week at most based on the Melbourne address on the website.
For reference, I h...ave received other UK packages to Australia in less than a week because the company I ordered from used an express service. There is effectively no support - you can try calling the UK hours only helpdesk but I never got my call answered even in UK hours. Similarly, the live chat never worked. If you do get a response by email, they won't do anything unless your package hasn't arrived in 20 working days - i.e. 28 days. OzGameshop needs to stop their misleading practices now.
Very bad order from local places
My order did arrive but it was 2 weeks late. My order was dispatched late and I had to contact them before they sent it. The price was cheap but I will never order from them again because of shipping time and better local places.
I ordered from Ozgameshop thinking this would be local stock and would arrive quickly.
The website is very misleading and they are not upfront about being located in the UK.
Pricing is good, however I would never have ordered if I knew this was not Australia based.
I payed for express shipping and it has been 10 working days since the goods were dispatched and still no parcel has arrived and there are no tracking updates whatsoever.

used to be Great. now just buy local
OZgames of old was competitive, Fast postage, great customer service. Now things are different: games are cheaper locally (Big W etc), customer service is non existent, postage is super slow.
I bought a game that didn't arrive in the time allotted. (20 business days or 4 weeks) I raised it then they said I had to wait another 2 weeks before I could proceed. Once that was up it was another week! Not the best customer service. so 7 weeks before they will accept it is lost...i get better service buying from China!
Poor delivery time
Ordered a game which was dispatched on the 26/03 and paid for express shipping. However as of the 09/04 it has yet to arrive, the website advertised a short delivery time but after contacting staff I have been informed that they will not be able to do anything until the 16/04. Though I do appreciate that the company did send the package off early and they did refund me my express shipping cost, that waiting time is very frustrating for me. They have not provided me with a tracking number as well. While I get that COVID will affect delivery times, it still sucks to wait so long for something I have already paid for in full.

Item hasn't arrived..... and bad customer service
I never received the item ordered it been almost a month now my I order a Go-TOCHA
Evolve on the 11th Dec 2019 and wait it and knew it will be a busy month and it maybe lost in the postal service center I contact the chat support they gave me a form to file out and I did it and send it to they email it been already week when I send the form in via email no one has reply back.....

Express Shipping taking longer then standard
i ordered a product on the 2/4/19 and paid extra for express shipping it is now 9 days i have ordered before and with standard shipping and it was here in 8. the customer service emails were well received and replied to. But i feel like if i pay extra for express i shouldn't have to be disappointed in your service. i think you should really start putting a tracked delivery system in place therefore we can see the location of our items.

Difficult to return items.
I purchased a Swimovate Poolmate watch and I am unable to change the time on it. I asked where I needed to return the watch to and was asked to send a video of the problem, which is like saying they don't believe me and also most videos are too large to send via email. They eventually agreed but I have been asked to ship to the UK which is $28 to send from Australia. I thought I was purchasing from an Australian Company which it is not as they only reply at night (UK time zone) and I need to post it back to the UK. Be ware shoppers.

Disappointing customer service
Used this site all the time for games and presents for my nephews. Pretty loyal customer never had to deal with any issues but judging by the reviews thought wouldn’t be a problem.
Put a preorder in for red dead redemption in April of 2017, super keen for release so was on top of updating my details and address in 2018 as has moved since ordering, double checked address was correct. Fast forward to release time for game they delivered it to my old address, they looked at invoice for preorder and sent it without checking details.

Deceiving Australian store front for a UK drop-ship operation
I thought I was buying from a local Australian retailer, but not so. Only after I purchased the product, I discovered it was some dodgy and disorganised UK mob. Took them more than a week to come back to me and tell me that unfortunately the product I ordered and was listed as in stock on the website, was in fact not available.

I purchased a game "express" and it took a very long time to arrive. In fact, they didn't send until after 8 days of paying.,... That's because they're not Oz Game shop. They're based in England and send products from there. Also, there were 5 days in a row I received the same email trying to get me to use my $5 worth of points. Don't appreciate spam.
Response and delivery too slow
If you live in Australia, response to questions are overnight and not immediate. This is old hat and not really acceptable today for efficient online services. This is due to the organisation being UK based. The name OZ should not be allowed unless Australia based and owned. It is very deceiving.

Hi i received the order in excellent condition and faster than expected. But there’s s defect of the product which is not your fault. But i’m disappointed because when i tried to contact i just get failed capcha which is not existing
Recently tried to use your contact form on mobile and laptop but each time the send button is pressed it says the 'captcha failed'. There was no captcha. That makes it incredibly difficult to contact you and feeds into the belief that the company does not care about its customers, especially those in Australia.
If, by chance you do read this, here are my questions:
1. Do the watches come with batteries?
2. Are the prices in Australian dollars? This fact should be on every screen of the shop and at least in the cart screen.
3. Is the watch (Timex T46681) Australian stock?
